Naples Park Central Hotel

Amazing larger room than expected. Super clean. Great location. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, our one-night stay was disappointing, mainly because of the poor customer service. The staff was not very welcoming or helpful, and even though we were a family of four, we were only given two pool towels. The towels in our room were damp, and the shower constantly changed from hot to cold with an extremely strong spray that was uncomfortable on the skin. The hallways also had a strong chlorine smell in the morning. We arrived just a few minutes after breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m. and, despite explaining that we had two young children, the staff responded rudely instead of showing any understanding. The breakfast itself was also very basic, mostly cereal, snacks, and coffee. Overall, the hotel could greatly improve its customer service and attention to guests.

Can’t say enough good things about this place! We have stayed before and plan on staying again!

Blown away at how affordable this place is. Super clean, spacious rooms, just loved everything about it. The shower pressure was possibly the best I’ve ever had. The location is awesome. Love how some of their parking spots are covered. Will 100% stay here anytime im in Naples going forward.

Was very impressed with staff, cleanliness, and comfort. Did not have a restaurant inside or really near but offered continental breakfast. Would have enjoyed a nice very near restaurant.

Very good and organized

Wonderful place

Your receptionist was so very kind and helpful. The hotel itself was a marvelous combination of European charm and modern amenities. It was roomy and very clean. I was thrilled that weren't any carpets. The shower itself was very small. And the floor of the shower was rather slippery.

Easy to get in and out Road noise was more than wanted

Perfect location if you like to walk. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and very clean.
