Very nice and cozy place!

Really great place to stay. Perfect location to 5th Ave. Rooms were fairly spacious, as was the bathroom, beds were comfortable. Staff was great. There is a concierge driver that will drive you locally. Will definitely be back!

Very nice. Clean, quiet, breakfast am was a pleasant surprise. We traveled with our Maltese and felt very comfortable as they made relief stations accessible and rooms were dog friendly. We will definitely return as location is amazing and walkable.

Spacious, comfortable, and clean. The recent renovations to the rooms made for pleasant surroundings and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were happy to find out that a shuttle service to/from the beaches was available. The location was quiet and convenient to walk to downtown. Very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here for the last week of July for a family reunion. Close to everything you need. Restaurants, shopping, beach, Etc. Property is well maintained, rooms are very clean and all the Staff is friendly and helpful!. Breakfast is available every morning 7-10 AM. Bicycles available on site for guests to use and exercise facility at a nearby location. We would highly recommend and definitely would stay here again!

Great location, rooms are cozy and clean

Our oversized suite was spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. One of the biggest highlights is the location - just a short walk to the fantastic restaurants, boutiques, and galleries along 5th Avenue. We rarely needed the car because everything was so convenient. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hotel with exceptional service and an unbeatable location in Naples, The Capri Inn is an easy choice. We would definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately, our experience with the shuttle service significantly impacted our impression. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, and before leaving, the manager informed us that the shuttle would still be operating until around 10–11 PM, though delays were expected due to holiday traffic, which we understood. When the shuttle arrived, the driver immediately greeted us by saying, “Are you aware we are not picking you up?” We explained what the manager had told us, but instead of listening, the driver became aggressive and rude. He questioned whether I understood English and continued speaking to us disrespectfully. At that point, I no longer felt safe and asked to be taken back to the hotel. The driver made an aggressive U-turn, and once we arrived, I had to ask twice for him to unlock the doors while we waited for the manager. As a young woman, the interaction was frightening and completely unacceptable. What was equally disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager and staff witnessed part of the interaction, yet no one apologized or attempted to address the situation. A simple acknowledgment would have made a difference. Aside from this incident, our stay was enjoyable. However, I strongly encourage management to address both shuttle staff professionalism and how guest concerns are handled, as one negative experience can overshadow an otherwise positive stay

Lovely hotel and room just looking a little tired in places, in need of some renovations

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and amenities available, which made my visit both convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was good, with a nice selection of fresh and easy options. A special thank you to Scott, who provided outstanding service with his friendly demeanor and attentiveness. What stood out most throughout my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed, whether it was local recommendations or simply ensuring I was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming boutique property that combines comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and all the comforts of home. I look forward to staying here again in the future.
