The Capri Inn

Unfortunately, our experience with the shuttle service significantly impacted our impression. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend, and before leaving, the manager informed us that the shuttle would still be operating until around 10–11 PM, though delays were expected due to holiday traffic, which we understood. When the shuttle arrived, the driver immediately greeted us by saying, “Are you aware we are not picking you up?” We explained what the manager had told us, but instead of listening, the driver became aggressive and rude. He questioned whether I understood English and continued speaking to us disrespectfully. At that point, I no longer felt safe and asked to be taken back to the hotel. The driver made an aggressive U-turn, and once we arrived, I had to ask twice for him to unlock the doors while we waited for the manager. As a young woman, the interaction was frightening and completely unacceptable. What was equally disappointing was how the situation was handled afterward. The manager and staff witnessed part of the interaction, yet no one apologized or attempted to address the situation. A simple acknowledgment would have made a difference. Aside from this incident, our stay was enjoyable. However, I strongly encourage management to address both shuttle staff professionalism and how guest concerns are handled, as one negative experience can overshadow an otherwise positive stay

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and amenities available, which made my visit both convenient and enjoyable. Breakfast each morning was good, with a nice selection of fresh and easy options. A special thank you to Scott, who provided outstanding service with his friendly demeanor and attentiveness. What stood out most throughout my stay was the exceptional staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and always available to assist with anything I needed, whether it was local recommendations or simply ensuring I was comfortable. Their genuine hospitality made all the difference. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a charming boutique property that combines comfort, cleanliness, excellent service, and all the comforts of home. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

The Capri Inn was amazing! The staff was fantastic, so helpful and they had a free shuttle and took you anywhere in the local area. The hotel was very clean and in a great location. And I had a delicious complementarybreakfast! We could easily walk to 5th Ave shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back there again.

The staff was very welcoming professional and friendly, it’s not my first stay at the Capri inn and for sure it’s not the last one ! The location it’s fantastic, 5 minutes away from 5th Avenue but extremely quiet

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times over the years. This time was disappoiting. Our room was not cleaned for over 24 hours. When I approached Craig the manager he was borderline nasty. The breakfasts were very disappointing. Everything was prepared by the microwave instead of fresh. We had problems with the plumbing as well. This is not up to the Opal standards. I don't know if we will ever return And that is sad.

A special thank you to Serenity at the front desk — incredibly sweet, patient, helpful, and welcoming. Staff like her really make a difference. The room itself was lovely: clean, modern, cozy, and well-maintained. However, the “kitchenette” setup felt a bit pointless. While the room includes a microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge, and even a dining table for four, there were absolutely no dishes, glasses, cutlery, or utensils provided. So in reality, it’s not functional as a kitchenette at all. Now, the breakfast… this truly needs attention and improvement as soon as possible. For such a pretty boutique-style hotel with such nice rooms, the breakfast experience felt completely disconnected from the rest of the property. The options were extremely disappointing: bottled juices, pre-cooked omelets/eggs, white bread, muffins, boxed cereals of very poor quality, and basic American coffee. I ordered an espresso separately and was charged $6 for it. There was simply no sense of care, freshness, or hospitality in the breakfast offering, which was surprising given how pleasant the rest of the hotel experience was. With some love and attention in this area, Capri Inn could easily feel much more elevated and complete.

It's elegant and intimate, so service is very attentive. It's a beautiful property and located walking distance from 5th Ave. Between the proximity and the shuttle, you really don't need to use your car during your stay. Restaurants, shopping and activities are all all closed by. You won't find better restaurants in all of Naples. You won't regret planning a stay here.

The Inn is in the perfect location. Walkable to 5th Avenue for shopping, restaurants, as well as Tin City. The Inn is beautifully landscaped & decor is very nice. Parking on site. Your within walking distance to the dock/marina as well. Definitely recommend a bus tour of the city. Beautiful town!!!

From the moment we arrived, the service was nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff, from the front desk to the shuttle drivers, is incredibly welcoming, professional, and genuinely dedicated to ensuring you have a perfect vacation. Their personalized recommendations for local dining were spot-on. The property itself is immaculate, boasting a fresh, modern coastal decor that is both elegant and inviting. Our room was spacious, bright, and meticulously clean, featuring a comfortable bed and modern amenities that made our stay incredibly relaxing. The location is unbeatable. We loved that it's situated on a quiet, tree-lined street yet just a short, pleasant 5-minute walk to all the incredible shops and restaurants on 5th Avenue. The complimentary shuttle service was a fantastic bonus, effortlessly taking us to and from the beach and dinner spots. A big plus was the delicious continental breakfast and the wonderful touch of fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies and coffee offered each afternoon in the lovely lobby lounge. The Capri Inn is more than just a place to sleep; it's a destination that elevates your whole Naples experience. We can't wait to return!
