Great weekend in Naples, loved the hotel, location was perfect, beautiful view of the bay our room was bigger than expected, clean, comfortable bed, we enjoyed the pool and the restaurant/bar downstairs was fun, had great singer performing, Front desk staff was very polite and friendly. Especially Libby. Would definitely rebook for next trip

One thing that really stood out was how peaceful the property felt. Even though it’s next to a busy road, I was surprised by how quiet it was. The mornings were incredible too. Watching the sunrise over the water, with the perfectly calm, mirror-like reflections, was one of the highlights of my trip. The location is another big plus. It’s about 1.3 miles from the beach, but nearly the entire walk takes you past upscale shops, beautiful homes, and gorgeous neighborhoods before you arrive at the beach to catch the sunset. The walk itself became part of the experience. The only downside was having to pay for on-site parking. That said, I found free parking garages nearby, so it wasn’t a major issue once I knew where to look. Overall, this is an excellent place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay with great amenities, beautiful scenery, and easy access to both downtown Naples and the beach.

The location is perfect .. we were able to walk across the street to Tin City and grab some pizza and do some window shopping. Sitting at the marina at night was so relaxing while sipping on a mixed drink from the hotel restaurant a short car ride we were at the beach and shopping area. Can’t wait for our next visit.

The property is run down. The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is tight. shower floor is not tiled, it seems to be plastic. The air conditioner did not cool the room, I was sweating all night. The maid took the TV remote with her when she cleaned our room and at night we couldnt watch it. They did not à spare. We will not be back. The pool was nice and breakfast by the bar was good.

The hotel was in a great location, alot of restaurant and bars within walking distance. Short drive to the beach. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was great and very accommodating. Great place for the price point. Would stay again.

The front desk staff welcomed us quickly and made check-in very easy. Our room was clean and very cozy. The one downgrade was constant shortage of coffee creamer, cups, hot water or coffee in the lobby. Following staff however went extra mile to compensate, Sophia, Zeph, and LeeLee. They showed professionalism and great customer service. Housekeeping provided high class service, that could not be overlooked. Thank you for your attention.

This is our second time on this property and we love the hotel but this time they are charging a parking fee of $20.00usd per night. When we complained we were adviced it is a new manager. So when you book the $ 20,00 usd must be added to the total price..

Excellent experience! The hotel is very well located, making it easy to enjoy everything the area has to offer. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Highly recommended!

The rooms are definitely outdated and could use some refurbishing. Small inexpensive items such as the toilet seat, showerhead, paint, etc were all very used and outdated. The staff was very nice and attentive. Very close access to the beach as well as the bay. Happy hour was awesome and pool was a fun time

Hotel and facilities were excellent. Breakfast was kind of slow because they only had one waitress helping out; lady did what she could! I felt bad for her!!

When we checked in, the front desk girl was not as nice as everyone else we encountered and offered no explanations as to what was available to us or anything. Never smiled and was quite curt when we asked a question. My companion was noticeably in distress from the heat and asked for a towel and the front desk girl said we couldn't have one until we were processed and could give them our "towel card" which she couldn't prepare until we were checked in. She acted as if our being there was an imposition. The other girl at the desk was phenomenal, smiling, helpful, friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfact was outstanding. Great waittress, good food great atmosphere. I would stay here again in a heart beat. Perfectly located and easy to get arround. I was however, disappointed with the parking fee which we were not told about until we checked in $22/night. Seems a little steep to me. However, the
