Staff didn’t allow my wife to check-in

I woke up with rash all.over my body and went to speak to the from desk and they were just very dismissive

Solo mejoraría el desayuno

Beautiful place to stay in for your vacation and make great memories. Lots of places to take pictures at. Also, many things to do. Rooms where great a d so was the staff. Great breakfast. Our family vacation was great. We will differently come back.

Normal hotel

Very friendly staff. The gentleman at the front desk saw I was having a hard time and gave me an upgrade to my room. Very kind!

Room was nice and clean. Staff was welcoming and attentive. The only con was our room was on the 2nd floor facing right across the street and for some reason the door to the balcony wasn’t sealed tight enough to block the sound. You could hear 60% of the road noise. Rm 216 to be exact.

Todo muy bueno y bonito de maravilla se pasa

Es un hotel muy bonito y muy amplio, la comida es espectacular, el desayuno incluido es bastante completo y con muy buenas opciones. La piscina es bien amplia , todo muy acogedor y limpio , el personal muy amable y la ubicación del hotel es muy buena , tiene cerca varias playas y restaurantes.

Good hotel, pretty clean and decent breakfast

El lugar es hermoso, las habitaciones y vistas muy lindas, prolijo, limpio, amplio, tiene muy buena localización, el staff muy bien, el desayuno correcto, la unica desventaja es que el parking es pago (y lo sabia) pero me parece algo negativo, sólo eso. Parking con costo extra

The main areas that could use improvement are the breakfast and the in-room TV. The breakfast was okay, but it was very standard and similar to what you find at most hotels. Considering the location of this Hyatt, I think the breakfast could offer more variety and higher-quality options. The television also feels outdated. It doesn’t support screen mirroring or allow guests to log into streaming services like Netflix or other apps. I was surprised that the TVs haven’t been upgraded, as these features have become standard in many hotels and would significantly improve the guest experience. Lastly, I don’t understand why parking is charged separately when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel. I know this isn’t unique to this Hyatt and is common at many hotels, but it’s still a policy that doesn’t make much sense from a guest’s perspective. Including parking in the room rate—or at least offering it complimentary for overnight guests—would make the overall experience much better.

Great breakfast and delicious food at Latitud restaurant. Pool was beautiful we enjoyed.
