Hyatt House Naples/5th Avenue

We love staying at the Hyatt house. Great location, clean well kept hotel. The pool is nice, bar service available. Great breakfasts that change daily. 24 hour front desk service. Be mindful - there is a fee for overnight parking in the garage. It is advertised right at the front counter. You can sign out beach towels (kinda flimsy but they work) so you don't need to travel w/ beach towel. No free shuttle to the beach - it is a about a 15-20 minute walk, easier to uber. There is street parking which fills up quickly (more so in season). 5th Avenue restaurants and shops a mere 5 minute walk away.

It was a nice place. The pool is gorgeous. The bar is nice.

I stayed with my daughter to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. Hotel has a convenient location near to the restaurants.

The hotel is very pretty and staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend getting a suit with the view to the river, it can be very relaxing.

The hotel has an excellent location, just a short walk from Fifth Avenue, making it very convenient for restaurants and shopping. The property is nice overall, and the rooms have a spacious kitchen, although the refrigerator is surprisingly small for the size of the kitchen. Unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. We spent quite a while at the pool and never received any service, so we had to walk into the bar to place our order and waited about 15 minutes before anyone came to help us. When I finally ordered, the employee asked how many people were in our group and then told me I was ordering too much food, which made me change my mind and not order a salad that I actually wanted. Ironically, when the food arrived, the portions were small. To make matters worse, no one told us our food was ready; they simply left it on a table outside on the terrace, where many other guests were sitting, and never notified us. We only realized it was our order because I recognized the plates as they were being brought out. Breakfast also needs improvement. If you want warm milk, it’s difficult because only cold milk is available and heating it is inconvenient. There are also long lines to find a table, and when we asked the staff for help, they simply told us to look outside to see if we could find one, without any courtesy or willingness to assist. I do want to recognize the housekeeping staff, who were consistently kind, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.

The hotel is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast is great and staff is very friendly. Definitely will stay here again.

Everything was amazing for my husband and I and our getaway weekend. The property is in a prime location. We enjoyed a lot of the restaurants that were close by ventured to some nice nightlife bars. Everything was exceptional and we’ll definitely be back. The room was spacious and had everything you could think of. The views from the balcony were just so beautiful.

Parking $30USD per night is quite over priced. They offer beach towels, which is great, but they should have also beach chairs. Also, a shuttle to the beach will be an excellent idea specially it is not so far from Naples beach.

That said, the rest of the experience was pretty average. The breakfast was mid and nothing really stood out. The bathroom felt cramped, and the overall room layout was tighter than expected. It wasn't a bad stay, but it also wasn't one that left a lasting impression. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable bed, you'll likely be happy. Beyond that, I think there's room for improvement.

I had an excellent stay at this Hyatt hotel. From the moment I checked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel facilities were clean, modern, and well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and the location was perfect. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!

The breakfast menu was very good; however, it was difficult to obtain on the weekend as it was crowded and limited in space to serve everyone at prime time.

I need my money bad

Breakfast was ok but u need to go early otherwise there will be a huge line - very noisy we could hear thru to the rooms next to us and the hallways lots of noise
