Tenían escasez de toallas, cada vez que iba al front desk a cambiar las toallas no tenían limpias, en los otro aspectos todo bien.

Nunca mas regresaría alli.olor a orine en los alrededores. El hotel sucio.la habitación antiquisima y con olor a humedad. Elevador roto .pedí me pusieran planta baja por q tengo dificultad para caminar y me dijo la front después no tenia disponibilidad.

Todo limpio y organizado el único problema es con la máquina expendedora de hielo q casi nunca está disponible y tampoco estaba funcionando la piscina de hidromasajes por lo demás muy bien todo

Excelente atención en el front dress, me gusta que también hablan los dos idiomas y es muy fácil la comunicación. La limpieza no está mal pero deberían realizarla mejor. Gracias por la oportunidad.

Great stay

The pool and outside garden area looked really nice and the room was decent for the price. However, I would not recommend this hotel for a few reasons. Both nights my partner and I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. A family next to us had kids that were running/yelling, and adults that were talking very loudly outside our door starting around midnight. We contacted the front desk about the noise twice and the noise continued until at least 2 am. The second night there was someone blasting music around 4:30 am. We called the front desk again and the noise did subside around 20 minutes later. Lastly, after checking out in the lobby, the worker and another guest were repeatedly saying “gringa” in reference to me. In summary, I would proceed with caution when staying here and personally I will not be coming back.
