We immediately reported the issue to the front desk, but we were told that nothing could be done because the manager was not available. This was especially upsetting because we were traveling with our children, and we are now concerned about bringing bed bugs home with us.

Clean pool, great kitchen, awesome staff, and great price.

Found the bed sheets to be flip upside down and not change. The staff was rude.

La habitación estaba limpia pero tenía olor a humedad y las alfombras del piso estaban manchadas , pero en general fue una buena experiencia

La propiedad tiene muy buenas condiciones en general y las habitaciones estan buenas y limpias , lo ùnico malo fue que el ascensor estaba root y me tocò el tercer piso 😏 , pero la estancia fue muy buena y el personal agradable

Very spacious room. We booked a suite. It has a kitchen and you can cook there if you want to. We were staying only for one night so it was ok. But i noticed tooms are not very clean there were doors damaged. One of the TV was not working, when we get there the elevator was broken and not working but they did bot offer a discount because of this we would have appreciated that. The drawer in the room was broken too. For one night it wss ok but they need to fix and clean better. Beds and pillows are great and also the shower.

Sumamente sucia el piso y las alfombras de la habitación. No podias caminar descalzo porque los pies se te ponían negros. Se veían las alfombras negras de sucio.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was in very poor condition and did not appear to be properly maintained. The carpet was heavily stained, one of the tables had obvious dog-chewed damage, and many of the metal fixtures were rusted. The room was dirty when we arrived, and everything looked old, worn out, and in need of replacement. This was not the level of cleanliness or quality I expected. I hope the hotel invests in renovating and maintaining its rooms because, based on my experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
