Muy pequeño el local , las personas se aglomeran , los alimentos no cumplian expectativas, la piscina con pocas locaciones a utilizar , faltaban sombrillas para los clientes , sin embargo , habitaciones bien limpias , agradables

All the employees need to learn English. We could not communicate with housekeeping because they repeatedly said no English. Not good!

We spent 8 amazing days in Naples and we were happy with this hotel. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff is super helpful and friendly, I really appreciate Stephanie and the guy with her, I forgot to catch his name. They were really helpful and kind to us. I can recommend this hotel for anyone

The room where the breakfast was located had no air conditioning - very hot and uncomfortable. We had to eat our breakfast in the lobby.

Electricity went out, we had no Ac nor lights for a whole day. Manager was really rude about the situation

The room was clean, breakfast was good. Stayed 3 nights, 2nd night storm came thru about 7pm. Quickly moved thru, hotel lost power, which is understandable, but they could not get the system back up and running till 4 in the morning, needless to say without air conditioning it was miserable. I would think a hotel in Florida where this occurs more frequently they would have a more sufficient way to remedy the situation. I think in the way of customer service, the hotel would compensate their guests somehow for the inconvenience, whether it be a stay at a later date or discount on current stay.

Great hotel close to central Naples and easy access. Spacious room, ample parking space, safe area, great pool, and complimentary breakfast. I had an enjoyable stay and would return, if visiting the area.

Una muy mala experiencia, al llegar tenían problemas con la luz . Tenía que esperar a que resolvieran, cuando regrese aún no tenían luz ni planta eléctrica. El manager nos habla con un tono de voz feo al nosotros reclamar .

The location is perfect, on 5th Avenue South, just 1 mile from the beautiful downtown Naples, which can be reached on foot if it's not too hot. The breakfast area needs tinted windows and increased air conditioning; it was extremely hot in that area.
