Room rate was good, parking is convenient.

Room was very clean and updated. Housekeeping cleaned everyday. Front desk was very helpful upon arrival. Very close to beach and downtown. Perfect stay for us and had everything we needed.

The pictures and how it actually looks there are totally different. Even the outside of the building is a different color no plants at all the rooms are completely different and I’m sure I got bit by a bed bug

Room was nice, clean and spacious. Price was good. Desk was friendly. Wifi sucked. It buffered way too much. Also, the shower would just cut off to a trickle for a number of seconds, then get very hot and finally go back to normal. I've never had that happen in any hotel. While I was there, the elevator was shut down for awhile. I understand that these things need maintanance, so no big deal. But on the day I left, I noticed that the water would be shut of for awhile. Naples even in the off season demands premium pricing. Not that great of an experience. Oh, but the location was fantastic!

The hotel and the rooms need maintenance, there's a lot of noise in the hallway, and the conditions aren't good.

The love seat in the room had a whole in it and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The ice machine never had ice , other than that everything else was fine
