We enjoyed our stay at Naples Bay Resort! The staff were super helpful, the two bedroom suite was so nice and spacious - perfect for our family of 5. The amenities were fantastic - great restaurants on-site. Access to Naples Bay Club was wonderful. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a Amazing place, i love it!!

Nice hotel, staff wonderful, location. Clean rooms. What I like the most is that they provide a complementary shuttle to the beach, downtown and to the pools at the club. That is a plus since I did not want to move my car from parking. Our stay there was very relaxing. The club has an adult pool. I liked the decor in the room, has a coffe maker and fridge. Bathroom is spacious.

We called the front desk on our way outfit the day, to request the rooms be cleaned up and fresh towels. When we returned 8 hours later, no one had done anything.

Had a great time overall. Did have an issue with the room and it was handled immediately. We were very pleased with our stay. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely return again!

The resort is beautiful and very well located!! Staff was amazing!!! Very family friendly! Jose really made our stay so amazing and was super helpful and friendly!! Our kids loved him!! Even if you stay at the resort, there is lots to do, from the great pools, the lazer river, the spa and fitness center, you will not be disappointed! The hotel has many great restaurants in the resort and the views of the marina were spectacular! The hotel offers shuttles to many of the attractions nearby as well as to the beach which is beautiful!! Every recommendation they gave us was great!! We come to Florida very often and it was our first time in Naples. We will definitely be coming back here!!

We had a blast. The resort was very nice and fun. The staff were so kind and helpful. The only thing I would say negative is the pricing was confusing. I thought since I booked through Expedia as a package that I had paid everything. But when I checked out of the resort I had to pay another $350 plus tax in resort fees. I want really prepared for that.

Excelente alojamiento. Todo estuvo impecable, muy limpio, cómodo y bien equipado. La ubicación fue muy conveniente y la comunicación con el anfitrión fue excelente. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo a otros viajeros.
