Naples Bay Resort & Marina

We were then told we can be shuttled. Its was so hot! We were happy. The shuttle also took us to a restaurant for dinner. All staff was friendly. There is a resort fee that I wasn’t aware of. Thought the resort was part of my room fee. I wasn’t aware of the parking fee either.

We loved the resort. Clean, beautiful, nice and helpful staff. Our one-bedroom suite #234 was huge, had a full kitchen and stunning bay view.

The property is well located near fifth Avenue. Our concern is that we were not able to enjoy the amenities as much. Every time there was a thunderstorm less than 10 miles away, the staff will close the pool. The day will be completely beautiful sunny no clouds and then they will close the pool because there was a thunder within 10 miles away. It was quite an aggravating my son could barely enjoy their amenities. Otherwise the food was good and the service was good.

The room (two bedroom suite) was spacious and comfortable, overlooking the pool. My kids enjoyed the pool and lazy river. The on-site dining options were good and convenient; we didn’t really need to leave the resort.

Ps. If you’re going to have live entertainment, could it not be karaoke singers posing as musicians. Your guests were asking you to switch to radio it was so painful.

Rooms are smaller than I anticipated. We went to the pool on our first full day there and when we returned at 3 pm our room wasn’t cleaned. They came at 4 pm when we were getting ready for dinner to clean. This happened for 2 days. We had to ask for clean towels. Our room was not swept. The bellmen were friendliest staff at the resort and went out of their way to help. The pools were beautiful but a distance from rooms but they will gladly transport you there via golf cart. There is a lot of street noise from the busy road in front of the rooms. Overall it was nice but I will not visit again.

Everything was perfect. Only issue was that we didn’t book for a long enough stay!

Beautiful resort and property. Clean and spacious. Love pools and outdoor jacuzzi. Convenient to everything.

This is free first and last time I will stay in this hotel. There’s not communication with you or between staffs. Horrible experience.

Disappointing. The place is 20 years old and feels it. The TV system was dated and poor sound. The "Club" is several blocks away and we were not told about the shuttle to get there.

The rooms were very spacious, comfortable and clean. We had a suite with living room and kitchen and nice balcony overlooking the marina.

The adult pool was relaxing, and the menu was flexible and they were responsive. The restaurants around are great, we dined at nosh and the cafe by the bay, would totally come back.
