Noisy and semi-rundown.

Decent location and price compared to other super expensive hotels.

Everything was OK. I just need my $75 back from the deposit please

Stayed here because I knew it would be a very quick trip; I only needed to sleep for a few hours and a shower. I didn't need any fancy bells and whistles. Still, I was highly disappointed and even a little scared to stay here. The area seemed sketchy. The TV had purple lines down the middle of the screen, there was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the wall, the sink had thick layers of caulking all around it, the shower curtain bar tilted which caused the shower curtain to fall towards the middle and not close, the cable wires and electric cords were exposed and dangling from the wall, the hair dryer did not work. The whole place especially the office reeked of cigarette smoke.

Staff was fine, but the room, furniture, and fixtures need serious maintenance. Quite dirty upholstery and broken curtains. Bed was collapsing in the middle, so I slept on an angle all night. Towels and bedding were clean. Road noise and next rooms were very loud. They should charge more and fix this place up because the location is great.

It was a good place to stay. Grocery store Kroger was a 5 minute walk

Towels thin and small. Great breakfast.

Good experience

I left my wallet at the front desk came back 5 minutes later and $300 was taken out of it and all of the staff had the same smug reaction. Charged my card 3 different charges and argued the price after I already paid all the fees online. Room was pretty clean though so that’s a plus.

It was terrible

It wasn’t clean at all, the bathroom was just disgusting and thank God I brought my own towels because the ones they provide there look like they use it to mope the floors

I haven’t even have any issues with the room other than other guest being outside the room all night in the front desk associate was so rude. She didn’t have any knowledge behind anything and it was really inconvenient and if that’s how she provides customer service she does not need to work for that company.

Area isn't great. There is a 75 dollar refundable "accidental" fee that is not accounted for on this app. Entrance is aggressive and some cars will scrape.

Refrigerator,oven and hairdryer are not working.AC giving sudden sounds.Parking is conjusted and breakfast is ok.

Poked three days sweat my ass off the first night, got moved to another room the next morning that smelled so bad like cigarettes you couldn’t breathe. Then I checked out two days early and they wouldn’t refund anything. Beware it’s a ran down crack motel
