The facility was clean and pleasant, Breakfast was as you would expect, with all the usual choices. However certain things were lacking. More than once I went to the front desk with a question and there was no one there. One of the times the attendant was outside smoking, The other time I had to call out to get someone to come from around a wall behind the front desk. The room for two had only a desk chair to sit in, only three bath towels and no bath mat, a very low toilet, and the receptacles next to the bed were worn to the point that my charger would not connect properly. Most aggravating was the AC which did not seem to respond to me changing the temp. Regardless of where it was set, it just ran and shut off all the time, making the room either too cold or too warm, especially at night.

Parking lot wasn't ideal. Felt like there were a lot of entrances/public access to the parking lot (including one entrance from the 7-11 gas station in front). Just felt a little uncomfortable, but our car was fine and nothing happened.

Very close to St. Thomas West Hospital. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and it was a plus they had grab bags you could take. Made my day at the hospital a little better.
