Exceptional

Exceptional

We did not stay we checked out and went to another hotel.

Comfortable bed decent breakfast. I saw a roach in the bathroom.

Very good

Berry was very helpful in helping us get settled in and also extending our stay when we need it at most, he's very professional and polite

Staff were wonderful and accommodating! Allowed us to keep our luggage there after check out when our flight wasn’t until later in the day. Would’ve appreciated having our room cleaned later in the day when we were out rather than only cleaning rooms from 9-11 but otherwise great stay overall! Pool was so nice to have during the heat wave! And also best sheets and bedding I have ever had at a hotel so so soft :)

Very good

The rooms themselves were very clean but the exterior could have used a little more attention. Very basic amenities but it served its purpose as somewhere to land after a busy day.

It’s a budget hotel , but it has all I need . I was in town for American Fest and only spent a few hours there other than sleep Lots of clean towels , cable TV AND everything worked . Nice shower . Too The free breakfast is a snack , onlycoffee, juice. Read , bagel and cereal , waffle maker I walked to Waffle House

The breakfast was good the staff incredible location for price was also good The hotel was a little older carpets were needed

The property is in a bad location and you really can’t tell that from the advertisement pictures aren’t depicting what the property is really like very tight to get into it when you drive in also, all the doors and walls in the hallway are scratched up and dirty need to be replaced doors inside the bathroom door, etc. need to be replaced. The breakfast is a joke. The only thing they have was cereal and waffles no meat of any kind no fruit just cereal and waffles would not go there again.

Very good

Room key didn't work and had to switch rooms at check-in. Card to new room stopped working one night into the stay. Staff was not friendly. Room was small and dark. Bathroom shower awkwardly designed. Ok for the price.

Clean and comfortable

Lamp shades were stained, room was so small there wasn’t room to comfortably walk around the two beds with 3 pieces of luggage, staff was incredibly rude - checked out immediately & booked at Comfort Inn Suites, now have a living room, kitchenette, full sized bathroom & it’s $1 more. So glad it didn’t work out at the Sleep Inn!!!!!

Bad

It’s budget friendly, the bed was very comfortable. It needs update. The Breakfast could be better.
