Sleep Inn Nashville Downtown Opryland Area

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked great, which made a big difference. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Parking was convenient, and the location made it easy to get around. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that there were a few small details that could be improved, but nothing that affected my overall experience. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Some of the staff were very, very nice, but there was one gentleman that worked the front desk who was a little less than friendly, he was actually quite rude. The rest of the staff seemed very nice though and very helpful.

Staff, the lady and the guy who supervises the room cleaning . Everything else . This is not a 4 stars hotel, it won’t qualify for more than 2 stars at maximum . Booking had a rating for this hotel above 7! These two factors were deceiving! The hotel is so old and has mouldy smell ! The rooms are small. The sink is beside the beds , the bathroom is so small , the doors of which do not even close . The breakfast does not even exist . One fruits basket , apples , corn flakes, yoghurt and waffles ! It is not worth paying for to be honest , we had to eat breakfast somewhere else every day .

The room was cleaned very thorough when we arrived. Staff was amazing and answered any questions we had and helped whenever we needed it. The A/C was excellent! Parking was not that bad. Depending on the day. Overall I would stay there again if I come back to Nashville.

The room smelled like mold. My asthma was activated immediately. The entire building smelled the same way so there was nothing we could do. The staff was nice, but the building is old. The carpets felt and smelled dirty. Mold in the bathroom and the AC smelled like it needed to be serviced as well. The area it’s in is dangerous so don’t leave your room at night if you can help it.

Great location, easy access. The prices compared to all other places.

Clean and cheap, breakfast wasn't refreshed or I would have given it a higher score.

Nothing special. Okay place to sleep after a day in Nashville. Room definitely needs updates. Breakfast the exact same everyday. (Bread, bagels, apples, cereal, waffle maker, yogurt) It would be really nice if they added some sort of protein...even peanut butter.
