Room not cleaned when we were there. They charged our credit card again full price and still not cleared which was very inconvenient. Otherwise the place was lovely but training needed

Great Vibes for the 4th of July

Floor of our room had quite a few dead bugs on it but at least they were dead. After 3 days of having to request fresh towels from front desk I asked why our room wasn’t cleaned and was informed that we had to request that from the front desk, not sure what the door knob hanger asking that was for then that we put out every day when we left was for then. Not a big deal but requested a king bed and we got 2 queen beds. I originally did add enough days to our reservation so first day requested an extra day and was told that they were booked. But I went on Travelocity and booked a room so I asked front desk if we could keep same room and was informed again they were booked but then decided to check out our reservation and they said we were good and they would update our reservation. But on last day our key cards stop working and they couldn’t figure out how to make new ones so they had to keep letting us in our room. The lady at the front desk asked me for my phone number and email and said her manager would be reaching out to me since we had problems but never heard from them. We owned a business so we like to help independent businesses but seems like they wanted a premium rate but didn’t know how to deliver.

Only complaint would be that there is only one very small trashcan can in the bathroom for the entire room.

Bathroom looked like it was just "touched up" quickly. Beds were super comfortable! Suggestions: an extra waste basket, slightly larger mini fridge (current one is pretty useless). Coffee in room would be nice. Pool was beautiful. Pool bar was advertised on website but not open. Felt like it could be very nice but had a lot of kinks to work out.

Positively surprisning hotel. Really nice experience
-
Light through the door window kept me from sleeping.the lack of half the breakfast items left me going out for food and the coffee was terrible.the beds are unconfortable and lack of a small refrigerator added to my food issues.it is a VERY expensive motel 6.

This hotel is so cute! it’s new and nicely refurbished the staff was super friendly they let us check in early which was nice and had a cute bar and restaurant. Only thing I’d suggest is to provide in room coffee pots. Drip coffee is available in the restaurant for free but it doesn’t open until 7am so having a nice coffee pots for early risers would be nice but still 5 star stay!

Alright stay, helpful staff
-
It’s a newly renovated property, so there’s still a few things getting buttoned-up, but overall stay was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, amenities were clean and decently appointed, and the bed was REALLY comfy. We booked on our way to Atl, then chose to book again on our way back through, if that tells ya anything. 🤓

Amazing place! We will be back!

We had the most amazing 4 night stay!! We honestly loved everything from the room to the pool! We felt like we were in the middle of Palm Springs! The inside bar was great! The Salt Ranch Margarita was amazing! My only negative was, I wish they had had more of the menu available. Every person we came in contact with there was so friendly and accommodating! And the little mascot Rue was adorable! We will definitely be back to stay!!

Great place

The staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The pool was due for inspection on the day I checked in and was cleared and open when I arose the next day. I simply enjoyed my stay at a clean well maintained property with staff that did not hesitate to address concerns and respond to inquiries. The location was just far enough from downtown to be away from the hub and close enough to access as desired

I love the fact they renovated this property, but a few kinks can be worked out.

This is NOT a hotel - it is a renovated motel in a suspect area of town.

Fantastic lobby area & restaurant. Breakfast & coffee not included, however you can order from the menu. A fun alternative to chain hotels and motels. We will be back!!

Property was brand new you can tell they put a-lot of effort into re doing the rooms. Pool is 18 and up only which is nice and it looked really cute but we did not get to use it. We had one really nice staff member that helped us out the other staff member we worked with was short and not friendly. The rooms could do with more hooks to hang towels and a door mat to not track in dirt. Cant speak to the pool as it was closed the whole weekend we were there this was disapointing as we picked this location because of the pool. Would be a good option if you have car because of free parking this property is not in walking distance of anything and Uber will get expensive.
