Room had roaches and painted over mold in the bathroom. Sheets were also stained. Room definitely could’ve been cleaned better before checking in. Did like the location and that there was free parking in front of the hotel though. Staff was okay but definitely could have been more attentive especially since they are not usually available at the desk. Also had issues with the key card for the room and had to keep getting new ones. Apparently storing the key card next to a cellular device or credit card scrambles up the key card code. Not a huge issue but wasn’t told this until having to get a new card a few times so was definitely annoying. Probably wouldn’t stay here again honestly, especially because of the roaches.

I did not even drive into the parking lot. The picture on the website was not like the real thing. It was rundown, rough looking people all around and a chain-link fence half down around part of it. I bought the insurance for the 2 nights. I tried to cancel and at least get my money back for one night but it said it was too late. I chose the option to pay at the hotel and they took the whole amount anyway. The was no way to cancel or change the reservation. I am in town because of a sick family member in the hospital. Need to be here for a week at least, so looking for a good deal on a room. This was a total rip off!!!

Don’t book here it was a one night booking me and my girlfriend pulled up to the establishment and it looked rough and we immediately seen a naked woman standing in the doorway of one of the rooms it looked shady we didn’t even check in we drove off as fast as we could and ended up staying somewhere else

Room was missing part of the floor. A missing smoke detector. A missing lightblub.

We book a 2 double beds room and we got a suite with 2 double beds and a queen room. The double beds were in a separate room with not windows. It was nice dark and silent place to sleep. The room was big and quite clean, the furniture were old and some of them were falling apart. They do not look like the pictures. The bed was comfortable but the bed sheet were all staining. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain needed a deeper cleaning. They have as amenities: hand soap, body soap and shampoo (1 tiny bottle). They AC was working nice. They have microwave, minifridge and TV. The breakfast: They mention continental breakfast but they only have honey buns and coffee at the reception with no space to seat. The Location: It is close to downtown, there are more INN around the property, a Mcdonals and 7 Eleven. It looks a little dangerous to walk at night, there are weird people inside and around the building The staff was kind. This is a cheap place, just to spend the night and leave. But It is better to spend some extra bucks and get something better.

This was the most dangerous area and the most run down place I've ever seen. The smoke detector was missing, the door to the hotel room didn't close, the AC vents where missing but did matter because the AC didn't work, the toilet paper holder was missing, the blankets had multiple holes, the light fixture was just a light bulb, Moss was growing from the torn awning that covered the check-in office, and the list can go on. In the few minutes we where there, we had one person that was staying there asking us if we wanted to have a good time, one person stopped a truck in the middle of the street to ask them something, and a cop car was patrolling the parking lot. The other people walking around looked like either they where on drugs or criminals. Me and my buddy made the decision to find another hotel far from this area after being there for a whole 2 minutes. We both felt that we would be either killed or robbed if we spent the night at this hotel/inn. Please take this review as a warning before booking. I don't anyone to go through this.

Room was clean, staff super helpful and friendly. Pool wasn’t open and there were 95 degree days. Pricing of room was too high, in my opinion, but nice nonetheless. Hotel was easy to locate and very close to a lot of attractions. I would stay again

First let me start off by saying the office/check in person was very polite. The room itself could use some serious maintenance. Holes in walls, bathroom sink not in bathroom, broken curtain rod on window, and no cleaning staff. This place is basically a prostitute’s office, if you catch my drift. I would recommend that you not refer anyone to this establishment

Hard to put into words how sickening and nasty this dump is. Cockroaches in our BED. Some seedy characters driving thru and walking around hollering all hours of the night and they have the nerve to charge almost a 100 a night. Filthy and dangerous Roach MOTEL, not hotel.

The property is unsafe and there's a reason the hotel doesn't have street view pictures.
-
Nothing Bad location, price, bad customer service and did not stay at properly.

I always have a nice peaceful stay. Love the staff. They're great.
-
Was such an awful, unsafe environment for a family that we didn't even stay there. 0 out of 10 do not recommend
-
Absolutely nothing It was dirty, roaches, stains on walls, and everything else. There were drug addicts and prostitutes in and out of the room above me, playing loud music at all times of the day and police constantly having to come out to make sure the homeless people move from the property.

Dirty, smelly, bad location, no breakfast, no coffe!
-
well, they found a dead body Nextdoor why are we there saw a lot of stripers come in and out was very noisy and when we were taking a shower, it felt like the lady upstairs. It’s gonna come through our ceiling. Nobody spoke English to us when we were there. and from the fact that we just over them say that we’re gonna raise the rate so this wouldn’t happen. It’s and he said not again so it sounds like it’s a regular thing. was very disappointed with the room and with this room and thought it was like a four star hotel since it was partnered with Sonta

Nothing

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!!, but they gave a full refund This place was disgusting!!! I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! feet prints on sheets, blood on blankets, burn holes roaches and and blood on sheets and holes. Very unprofessional and needs to be condemned! There is obviously people that live there and doing DRUGS outside the building sitting on stairs.
-
Terrible facility We did not stay. There was a significant amount of trash outside the property, drugs being used directly outside the office door, and a topless tenant walking freely on the premises. I would not recommend this to any sane person. This property is definitely not as described. I feared for my safety even while pulling into the parking lot. Thank you,
