Clean and quiet. It was great!
-
The Rooms were clean. And the staff were nice. But the location is in the worst part of Nashville Homeless people all around.
-
Staff was friendly and decent breakfast
-
cockroaches!!! do not stay here
-
The other guests were loud. No one answered the front office FOUR TIMES. Staff acted as if we were over reacting to the other guest. Barely speak English with attitude because we couldn’t understand what they were saying. NO paper copy of the stay nor hotel rules
-
Excellent position. Highway is very noisy.
-
We were not allowed to check in early at all! Would not stay here again
-
I've stayed there twice and was very happy especially with the front desk clerk.
-
It was not clean, it didn’t smell good. We didn’t feel safe while we stay there.

This hotel is in a very bad part of town. People all around who are obvious street people. We saw a drug deal in the parking lot. A woman came up to me asking for money before I could even walk in the door. I was very concerned about my safety and my property This hotel should be removed from your website. It is not safe for travelers to stay here.

I booked this location on a whim and I regretted it from the second we pulled up. I felt very unsafe getting out of the car with two young g children. There were so many people out front that were very much not sober and fighting their own demons. I asked to cancel due to being fearful but was denied. The rooms were as basic as they come but I was greeted by a roach crawling on my room door…
-
The room was nice and very comfortable. The location makes getting an Uber to any destination pretty cheap. The staff didn't seem very friendly anytime I had to interact with them. The location is in a rundown part of Nashville, there are a lot of homeless people and drug addicts around the area. It's right next to the highway... you get a veiw of cars rushing past constantly. Nothing the hotel can do about the area, it's just sad. The pool looked like it hasn't been open in years.

Very good

There was a wierd smell in the hotel. The breakfast was subpar. At 9am on the dot they started removing all breakfast items. The worst part was it is in a rough neighborhood. Not that its the hotels fault. But my kids got to see thier first drug deal, there first lady of the evening and thier first person smoking drugs. which made it difficult to get in the side door. We waited until a parking spot opened up in the front to get out of the car.
-
Hotel was ok, nothing fancy, some run down lobby and limited selection for the breakfast. Room was ok. Vicinity of the hotel is somewhat shady, but the hotel is close to the highway and about 10 min driving from downtown Nashville
-
I had tons of baby cockroaches in my room, the place is surrounded by homeless and drug addicts, and the coffee is terrible.
-
Very good
