Best Western Plus Executive Residency Nashville

We enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The hotel was wonderful an all the accommodations like the pool an daily breakfast where amazing. Loved everything about the hotel. If I ever travel again I will choose best western

Clean room

The breakfast was ok. The location of the hotel. Did not feel comfortable coming in after dark. The mattress needs to be updated, extremely lumpy. The room was extremely far from the elevator and we had a person in our party that endured the long trek to the room each day.

Room was good size, air was not on so it was muggy when we arrived. Breakfast was underwhelming.

Close to everything we needed to go to Was loud at times but otherwise everything was fantastic

Clean room but breakfast not good

Breakfast was fine. Really bad part of town. Cleaning staff was very nice, but checking guy was snide and not very helpful.

Not too far from downtown, good water pressure, spacious room Housekeeping kept checking several times if we were out an hour before check out time to see if they could clean while we were still there

the room was very comfortable good night sleep. house keeping knocking at 8:30AM too early check out is at 11am

It was decently quiet. The beds were comfy, the hotel itself was nice. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but close and easy to get downtown. The darker curtains didn't close all the way so there were street lights shining in my window.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Fridge had no handle. Kitchen sink wasn’t clean - had red liquid in it from last guest - and had tape in it to cover a hole. Huge wad of blue gum stuck to the wall. Trash left in the trash cans. Tacks left in the walls where someone had posters or something hung up. Carpet peeling up off the floor. Killed a roach in the bathroom. Electrical panels falling off in the hallway. Breaker box hanging open for anyone to touch/see. Bathtub spout broken so it sprays water everywhere. Large amounts of trash laying outside of every building entrance. I could go on forever. This place is disgusting. Not well cleaned or maintained.

Clean room, nice staff, and the hotel was in a convenient area. I would definitely stay here again.

The property was clean, quite and very spacious. It was in a great location too many popular areas. Free parking was a plus. What I did not like about the property was the things going on right in front of the gate of the property. Also, when I was taking things to my car, to then go back and check the room to make sure we did not forget anything and before I even handed in my door card, the cleaner went in and started cleaning. She also tried to open the door while we were still in the room and had the do not disturb sign up. That annoyed me the most from my whole entire stay. We were not even finished with the room when she went in.

Absolutely nothing they are infested with German cockroaches They are infested with cockroaches

Good breakfast

The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and courteous, I felt welcomed as I walked in the doors. It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL inside! The room was great! The beds were extremely comfortable and the hotel was VERY clean and smelled amazing! Kudos to their cleaning staff! Our room was changed daily!! I loved that breakfast was included, it was great! The pool was very clean as well which is a plus for my 13 year old! I just didn't like the location. There was alot of sketchy activity right outside of the parking lot and the night foot traffic in and out of the parking lot made me uncomfortable since I had my two sons with me. Since we got back from the convention center after dark each night (except Friday night), I made sure I parked close to the door each night because that parking lot was risky to me. I would still stay there again, just be cautious of my surroundings.

Nothing, it was awful, nothing to do from the pictures it’s not the same The smell!!! Terrible. Not clean trash everywhere

The beds were nice and soft and they had a pool which wasn’t on the website. So we went down for breakfast twice and both times there was no food… so idk if they just don’t refill the food or what so that was very disappointing.
