Magnolia Hotel, BW Signature Collection

Everything was nice and pleasant.

Property is in desperate need of updating. Worn out dilapidated furniture. Breakfast staff was wonderful. Housekeeping communication was terrible. During a weeklong stay, we had fresh towels brought to us only once on our second day. After that we asked multiple times for the room to be cleaned to no avail. Not only did we have to pick up towels ourselves daily, we also went to the front desk for bed linens which we changed ourselves. Room rates were similar to nearby properties that were much better quality. Would not recommend unless or until new ownership makes some serious improvements.

Staff is nice and accommodating. Pool was nice. All in all an okay stay for one night but would not do it again.

The staff were super friendly and supportive, especially Dustin at the front desk. The property needs improvement, the beds are squeaky and the furniture very old. Definitely needs remodeling and improvements. Yet, the staff go above and beyond to give you a pleasant experience

The hotel was older and showed it. The wait person at breakfast was fascinating. He made me a decaf coffee even though the management told him not to. There was very little business in the hotel.

It was filth never again!

Ok for 1 night stay. Furniture inside room made the room feel old. Multiple rooms in hallway had the doors propped open all night, not sure for what reason.

I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it was nice, however it appears they have not updated the hotel...ever. It is under new management and it appears they will update it but in its current state the beds were terrible and I have neck and back pain from sleeping there 3 nights. The bed felt like it was sinking down. The towels were very thin. The water pressure was painfully high. The pool "closed" two hours earlier than the posted time on the one day it didn't rain and my kids weren't able to use it.

We reserved two rooms on Hotels.com and got a confirmation number,when we arrived at the hotel the desk clerk said we only booked one. I told her we had a confirmation number for two rooms and her response was those don’t mean anything! After about 30 minutes we finally got an additional room,but the desk clerk was rude throughout the entire process.

Stay was good. Location was good. Breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Very run down property needing a complete rennovation. Room was shabby and bathroom grimy. Breakfast was OK. Staff was nice. Hotels.com rating on this property is VERY misleading. For $20 more you can stay in a MUCH nicer hotel in Natchez.
