One of the two elevators was out. Fitness room needs a bench.

I had a nice size room. I made reservations for 2 queen beds. I had one queen bed and a pull out sofa. I requested a cot. It was after midnight after requesting a cot for the 2nd time that I finally got it. The breakfast was minimal. Overall everything was ok.

The cable NEVER worked properly. We started watching a show and the cable would freeze and never recovered it was so aggravating. My mom is 80 and wanted to watch Cable while she was in the room.

My toilet wouldn't flush. The light above the sink was flickering. One of the elevators was not working. The ice machine on my floor wasn't working. The breakfast buffet had a sign saying sorry we're out of meat.

Shower was never cleaned. The hair from shampooing Wednesday night was still there through Friday. until we removed it. Wasn't a good experience. Breakfast was good with a lot of options.
-
My card was charged for the full amount of the stay although I had already payed online. The ice machine was down on floor, there were not enough towels, and whom ever was staying above me allowed their child/children to run, and stomp through the floors.

The staff were great. They should train people in the hospitality industry.

The only issue we had was ants in the room. Other than that, it was a good experience.

We had a very clean room. I was very happy with the room the bathroom floors and the entry floors seemed a little sticky but other than that everything was good very good. The breakfast was great. We loved the breakfast and the coffee was very good. we did not use the gym, but the staff was very pleasant!

Amazing

I compare this hotel to the one we stayed in at Gulfport. It just doesn’t measure up. Staff was very accommodating. They got us extra chairs for our room as the room only comes with one chair. They accommodated extra towels when needed. But I did notice some of the staff seemed very old and we caught one of them hiding in a corner of the gym on her phone. The morning breakfast was okay, but not up to the Gulfport hotel’s breakfast. Overall, I would not recommend or return to this particular hotel.

Everything was amazing so I don’t know how to better the stay
-
The staff members are exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, while the breakfast features a variety of freshly prepared options, including scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and seasonal fruits that cater to different tastes. The price was excessively high for the limited amenities offered. Only one elevator is operational, causing inconvenience during peak hours. Additionally, the views are unremarkable, offering little to no scenic appeal.

The bathroom was not as clean as it should have been. Tube and toilet need a good cleaning
