Our host, who doesn't live in the house, gave us free run of the place since no one else had rented the other bedroom. The place was comfortable but not updated. Our host was very pleasant and accommodating and we enjoyed visiting with her. She provided us with a nice breakfast using eggs from her own hens.

Convenient location and wonderful host.

Breakfast was outstanding, day one eggs, bacon and yogurt and fresh blueberries. Day two, French toast and sausage. Nothing, it was quaint and cozy, Marybeth was an awesome hostess.

Such a great location within walking distance of all that Natchez has to offer. The host is so nice and polite.

Interesting historic home. Great location near the river. Wonderful warm hospitality.

The house was lovely and nicely appointed. There were roaches in the kitchen, the breakfast turned out to be Continental, and while we were out eating, someone was in the house. We knew that to be the case because a window shade in the living room was pulled down and ripped. The shelves on the refrigerator door was filthy and had condiments that had been in there for months. A light in another guest bedroom was on, and we didn't use that bathroom. We were accused of staying in that room. We were scared and left the following morning. Not a safe place in my opinion.

The history, location, and the hospitality. She was a wonderful lady always eager to make you feel welcomed. There wasn’t anything not to like

Our host was lovely and made us feel at home.

Beautiful historic home with a great family feel. Very comfortable bed and room. Even though another couple was there, it was very quiet and private. Lovely place. It was a little warm at night in the room, but we could still sleep great.

excellent: farm fresh eggs and home made jam! YUMMMM

Good location. Walking distance to riverfront and Under-the-Hill. Helpful innkeeper. Good off-street parking. Nice history of building. Bathroom was not good. She told us about a leak but still. Bathtub kinda yucky - I wouldn’t use it. Handshower only. Lots of road noise. Only TV is in common area with other guests. Not enough electrical outlets for modern travel.

Property is somewhat difficult to find, but the exterior seemed to be fine. My wife thought it was cute. This was an Anniversary trip for my wife and I. The description on Booking did not match the presentation of our room/stay. Host called us when we were on the way there to inform us she could not provide breakfast the next morning due to being unavailable. There was no shower in our room(pink room) as listed on the Booking post, only a handheld spray handle. The bath tub was also not clean, bedroom door does not lock. The Keurig in kitchen was also not clean, so we were unable to make coffee in the morning. We were not told which room we would be staying in until we arrived, I would not have booked the room if I had known there was as no shower. The outside noise also woke us up multiple times. We just were not comfortable here at all.
