Clean room, enjoyed our stay

I really enjoyed the location of the hotel - it was close to where I needed to be. The staff was really nice, both day and night staff. The breakfast crew were really friendly and nice. The ONLY reasons I didn’t do 5 stars in every area was because my room did have a heavy order to it and when I arrived it wasn’t 100% clean. There was a sticky substance on the dresser where the remote was, and it freaked me out when I went to grab the remote. I used the only face towel in the bathroom to wipe that off and to hold the remote for the rest of my stay. Outside of that, the bed was very comfortable, the water was hot, and again every staff member I interacted with was very nice and polite.

The location, breakfast staff, and night staff were wonderful. The day staff wouldn’t go look for the sunglasses (Ray-Bans) we left in the room. So we came back to get them ourselves and they weren’t there anymore. I don’t appreciate that at all.

Not everyone can eat high sugar cereals and high sugar yogurts etc. Accessible room worked great with all necessities.

Right off highway with a lot of food options within walking distance. Majority of staff was exceptional Paid in advance but hotel attempted to charge the deposit and room charge, a second time, to my card. Luckily, cap1 stopped the second charge as suspicious. Not a big deal and mistakes happened but the lady who checked us in took no ownership and blamed “a third-party” for attempting the charge.

Great stay! We were in town for a baseball tournament.. Hotel staff was friendly and our room was perfect. Very clean!
