Friendly staff and have a nice breakfast kitchen!

The room smelled like mildew.

The property was very clean. The staff was short and I had to ask for more towels because they didn’t clean my room. Sunday when I got there it was so hot in the room but the clerk came and played with the temperature and it got cooler.

Nice clean place to stay

Nate, the front desk attendant, was incredible. He made sure our room was comfortable and the check in process was seamless. I give him 5 stars!!!!!

Getting coffee in the morning was entertaining. Staff was mad and using profanity.

Upon arrival (prior to check in time as we were traveling), associate was handling a reservation by phone. We were never acknowledged. While we were waiting, a guest walked up in front of us for service. There apparently was a second associate available to assist but she was too busy making plans for the night and never checked to see if the associate on the phone needed help. Once the associate ended the call, she greeted the later arriving guest (apologized to them for the wait), serviced their needs. We arrived to the desk asking for an earlier check in and was advised abruptly and unphased that there wasn’t a room available and there was no way to confirm if an earlier check in was possible and we’d have to come back at the normal check in time. Earlier check in was provided because we called back to confirm. We are still waiting on our apology for the wait.

The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was great. Very clean.

Family of 5 stayed for a quick overnight stay on our trip. We had a pack-and-play for the baby that we set up and still had plenty of space to use the room. Even with bags, we were able to use the sofa and sitting areas. Even set up a little play space for the baby. Decent breakfast was included and had plenty of options that should cover everyone. The only downside was the first room we were in had a smell because the carpet was wet by the window. Went to desk and a man said he could move us, but all the rooms on frontside of the building would be like that since it was a heavy storm that day. Almost made it seem silly that we wanted to try a different room. A lady also at the desk was polite and moved us to the room next door on the same side and there was no issue.

Overall experience was typical for the stay. Staff friendly enough and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable enough but the blanket had a body odor to it. It definitely had not been washed. The carpet was very dirty.

Saffron was friendly, great veakfast and comfortable bed.

Everyone was very nice. The room was clean and even had a Keurig coffee maker.

After reporting the issues, I was moved to a suite, which was very clean and much nicer. I appreciated the effort to resolve the situation. Overall, my stay was okay, but it did not meet the standard of my previous visits.

The next morning I saw blood in lower part of sheets. I checked it was not mine due to I was not bleeding. Also sausage link I bit into exploded. When I mean exploded it went all over my face shirt and arm. Luckily it was not hot.
