The room was clean. The breakfast was great. Staff and parking was great too. There were several things that needed to be fixed,the pool,the ice machine on 1st floor,the washing machine. We stayed 3 nights.

Breakfast Faulty keys, unprofessional staff, challenging my tax exempt status and even charging me taxes anyway which I had to demand their removal from my bill.. Upon check out I had to ask for the hotel bill. I was originally told it would be emailed to me. However I demanded a copy before I checked out and that's how I knew the charges were incorrect.

Shower was dirty had not been cleaned. Hair and dirt was in the shower. Very disappointing.

Staff had trouble checking us in because we used a third party to book room. Thankfully, manager was there and figured it out. Got to room and TV didn’t work. Desk attendant quickly assigned us a different room. Very clean and comfortable room.
