The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was good.

Just a word of advice: I made a request for my room to be away from the elevator (due to being a light sleeper). Expedia made my reservation for a handicapped room, which was actually directly next to the elevator. The property could not change my room placement without Expedia's instruction, so I had to call Expedia to request a different room. It was resolved easily, but it did require an extra 20 or 30 minutes to check in.

Staff was pleasant friendly. I had no problems. Breakfast was routine. However the room smell was musty like wet carpet. Area found in bathroom that apparently leaked especially when the shower was used. I stayed only one night. If I stayed longer i would have asked for a new room.

The property is in pretty good shape for the location and its age. A/C was okay but needed some better cleaning for the filters in the room. But the room has a good bed, decent wifi, and a good workspace. We enjoyed the breakfast -- wonderful, fresh-made gravy for delicious biscuits. Also, staff were very friendly.

I had to leave the property. They had an infestation of rats and who knows what else. The AC unit in the room was covered in feces. The mold smell was horrible. The elevator looked like 50 years old. It was so bad. The girl at the counter asked illegal questions about my service dog.

Our room smelled so bad with strong perfume. The floor felt like it was damp the whole time we were there. The sheets and blankets felt damp as well as our clothes. The air was on but it didn’t dry anything up. We’ve always had nice rooms there but we didn’t enjoy it this time.

I did not like that the room keys DO NOT open the pool nor the fitness room. We had to get the front door staff to open the pool & open the fitness room.
