Comfortable room. Decent shower room. Staff were decent. The breakfast was a bit lack luster.

The night-shift manager discriminated against us and wouldn't let our little dog stay at the hotel; he specifically told us we had to leave, though the morning manager intervened and said the dog could stay. Even so, they charged us $150.00. I was in the lunch area and was asked to leave—just to clarify, I wasn't in the kitchen—so it was a very uncomfortable stay! I eventually found care for my dog, which was free and actually better, since I didn't have to deal with that man's glares. As for cleanliness, it was excellent, and the other employees were very friendly; it was just that incompetent guy who treated us so badly. Right now, I'm on my way to Las Vegas, Nevada, to stay at the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and they *do* accept my dog. ❤️

The staff was friendly & helpful. Room was ready, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good, with quite a few choices. The only negative i have is that being located on a curve, you need to be extra careful when pulling out of their driveway onto the street with heavy traffic at times. Also you can only (legally)turn right into or out of driveway. Its do-able though. Overall it was great.

Overall, my stay was good. I did have an issue with a cleaner coming into my room while I was getting dressed at 8:30 am. When I confronted the employee she shrugged it off because “she knocked”. I guess just ensure your door is locked and the signage is out because they feel that 8:30 is an appropriate time to start cleaning before guests check out. Otherwise a good stay.

A roach came out from under my bed. NOT GOOD!

Everything was clean, the pool was nice, and the breakfast was great! The staff were also very nice and helpful! The only thing I can say is I wish I didn’t have to walk across the parking lot to access the pool that’s it really.
