Floor was filthy , refrigerator wouldn’t even close and was leaking

Rooms were filthy dirty had to buy extra sheets and towels and blankets definitely would not stay there ever again

Poor customer service! Sheets were not changed only one towel for 4 ppl. AC piped into the sink which dripped constantly. Couldn’t even wash your face or hands without getting dripped on! I will never stay there again!!!

The property was very dirty. There was roaches and stains on the curtains and a very strong smell of weed and cigarettes in the room.

The experience was terrible. I arrived within 20 minutes and I wanted to cancel my reservation. I’m still waiting for a refund.

The staff was great at front desk. One my door would not open I guess it was jammed, front desk was great, but it took forever for the guy to come help me. Paid for a room with the view of the pier. I didn’t have one available the first night the second night they did, but their room was dirty and had bugs. They need to buy sheets and towels if they are clean, they are very stained and that makes it appear to be dirty on top of the rooms. Don’t appear to get mopped or anything. They were dirty as was the lobby, the elevators ….everywhere. The restaurant and coffee place they say they have was not open at all. Front desk staff was great

Worst experience I ever had the facilities were filthy dirty bedding sheets and pillow cases stained and leaks from the air ventilation. Floors in the room were so dirty that I used towels to even walk on in. The staff were very impolite and didn’t want me to cancel my reservation. Expedia definitely has lost my trust in booking rooms for my vacations and events

Horrible, we were issued a dirty room had to call front desk after arriving to our room to find it dirty, floors not swept nor mopped. Next day we were off the property for dinner. Came back to a leaking ceiling water beds completely soaked, suitcase and other items soaked with water.

No complimentary water ..,

Hotel is old, dirty rooms, walls, refrigerator and coffee machine don’t work, rooms don’t have shampoo, hair dryers. But , staff is friendly,

Rooms , hotel , parking lots in outdated and poorly maintained hotel - my room had a leak over the sink and trying to brush my teeth or wash hands - was hard because water droplets from?? Coming down continuously…..

A lot of the rooms are missing basic essentials.

Loved everything except the fact the room had a couple roaches and the remote didn't work for the tv. Wasn't in the room much, but if you were to be, these are things to think about. Views were beautiful from the 10th floor.

This is our second time in staying at Ramada. Ghino had helped us with our stay. He’s very accommodating and superb in his Customer Service.

Close by Dirty. I paid for a bay view room on the 10th floor and this dude put me in the room on the other side with a broken shower and dusty floors. And on top of that, someone went inside my room to steal some of my belongings. I asked the front desk about it , and was pouting me to a supervisor who, doesn’t want to talk to anyone. I asked if I could see the CCtV footage since there’s cameras everywhere, and was told that they were broken! wtf! Avoid this place if you can.

It is a filthy place to stay not worth the money
