I'm lucky I was early before the rest of the Comic Con crowd, as I heard from multiple people staying there that the Hotel had been overbooked, and people paying for double rooms were only getting single rooms. Wish that was where it ended. I had a double room, when I got to the room there were no blankets, only sheets, only one towel, one shampoo, one conditioner. It's a double room! Two beds! Who the hell is sharing all that. Simple enough, get an additional towel!... Right? Wrong, apparently they were all out of towels.... at a hotel.... not even enough to have one per bed. Their excuse, "well people keep taking them", I just paid for a whole week at that hotel, my fees alone could've purchased more than enough towels, and they were sold out, so obviously they have some money.

The Shower was dirty had long hair on the wall I don't have long hair

Yikes. This place was probably a decent Howard Johnson’s back in the day. If you’re paying more than 69 a night you’re getting ripped off. There’s no amenities, the restaurant is bleak, no AC in the lobby, and the area around the hotel is dead. Besides that I guess it was fine.

I really appreciate them waiving the parking fee. I stayed for 2 nights stay. First off, maintenance staff assistance, and additional hardware was required to change the channels on the television. Then, the in room coffee maker was missing the essential cup which holds the coffee pod. Making a trip to the front desk necessary for the morning cup of coffee. The Kleenex dispenser was empty upon check in and was never refilled. Housekeeping never checked/straightened the room. There's a constant, standing water puddle from the ice maker in the elevator landing of the 8th floor.

I contacted Expedia Chat right away to request a refund. Although front desk staff (Cecily) assured Expedia they would handle it, the hotel later denied my refund citing a 24-hour cancellation policy. It is deeply disappointing that the hotel refuses to refund a guest after failing to provide a safe, clean, or habitable room. Avoid this property. Left immediately upon check-in. Unacceptable conditions and terrible service. Save your money and book elsewhere.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 different years after our fishing trips. This year it was in need of a good cleaning.

I put my oldest daughter and her younger siblings at this hotel for 1 night and immediately already had a bad feeling! First room smelled horrible like cigarettes and dirty, second room wasn’t even turned completely over, third room my daughter got bit by a bed bug and then fourth room there was roaches! At this point i demand a refund and book elsewhere. Front desk guy was great he did what he could to help not his fault one bit. Management/owner need attention this place is horrible!

This was the worse experience I ever had with a hotel. From second night AC was down, when we ask the staff they promised it will be fix next day, so we slept in loud AC noise. Promise was not fulfilled. Complain again and answer was, you can take a fan to ur room. Well, they were not willing to drop the fan off. Decided to complain to lovely Expedia and rep was nice and said I will help you. Once I narrated what happened, her answer, we are third part.y and only hotel can help. Meanwhile she asked, anything else I can help you with. Trying to change the room but Hotel was solid booked but promise was next day we willl get a new room, which didn’t happen but maintenance guy fixed it but temperature still quite warm. I gave up, since we were leaving next day. No hair dryer, no soap, no shampoo. I will stay very far away from Ramada.

First off. Shame on Expedia. They certainly don’t want this review posted this is my fourth attempt to post this review This dive motel does not have any sort of breakfast let alone free with stay. I have never taken the time to leave a review but this place was shady at best with homeless hanging out in the lobby area with flea ridden dog. The rooms were filthy. Floors have not been mopped in a long time. We had to keep our shoes on or our feet turned black from the floors. They tried slipping a parking fee which the kind staff waived (staff was nice truly) because the pool was closed. They said hot tub was available but it looked like someone had the runs and didn’t make it out in time. I took a broom which no one noticed likely because they don’t use them and swept our own rooms. Asked for a mop. The poor cleaning gal seemed confused and said they don’t have any and they are expected to use a hand towel that does not attach to the mop head to attempt to clean the floors. I did use this and mopped our own rooms and the towel was black both sides from mopping 2 rooms. Bath tubs were filthy and have not been scoured in years. No hair dryers in room but that’s the least of my concerns. Working door deadbolts were more in need. Oh also not the deal breaker but the two queen beds are smaller than full size beds. The sheets were clean(thankfully) until our dirty feet hit them. The staff are super nice but overworked. If you book here to save $ you are warned.

Gino was a great help and always had a positive attitude.

No toilet paper in the bathroom no towels the tv was broken. It was a non smoking room and it smelled like straight cigarette. The pool was closed and they never gave us a prior notice we took our kids because of the pool and there should have been some type of email to inform us of the changes. No email, the staff had no sense of urgency to check us in. Assistant general manager was just walking around while there was tons of people waiting to get checked in. It’s real sad the way they operate here. There was trash on the elevators trash in the hall ways. I will never book here again.

Great location and friendly staff. Not a family friendly location due to surrounding area. People smoking weed on balconies. There was a leak from the very loud a/c that was dripping on the sink all day and night. Pool was out of service and hot tub was not clean. Lots paid self parking available.
-
we arrived late for check in and there was lots of confusion, the fire alarm
-
Room wasn't that clean, floor was dirty. Leaky sink, bathtub drain had to be propped up to drain during shower. Front desk never answer the phones
-
The property was atrocious. Every night we pulled in there were prostitutes our front. There were cockroaches in the rooms, one night we had no running water so we couldn’t shower or use the restroom. Another night the fire alarm went off at 11pm with no explanation why. DON’T stay at this property

Staff was awesome
