Good value for a basic room. However, the TV wasn't working in my room, had to have staff come up & fix it. No blow dryer provided in the room & only 1 washcloth & hand towel. I purposely booked this hotel because listing mentioned a pool, but the pool was "closed by order of the health department" according to a sign on the gate.

The staff is welcoming, helpful, and friendly. A special thank you to Gheio and Saddy on the PM shift for their outstanding customer service, warm hospitality, and willingness to assist. Their professionalism and positive attitude made my stay even more enjoyable.

The staff was amazing, great people very professional and helpful, super nice from the manager to the reception staff to the housekeeping and maintenance, they are amazing but the installations is disgusting, dirty, dingy, outdated, rundown, nothing works! I felt uncomfortable, they were understaffed, I felt bad for them, but would not recommend any to stay there for health reasons! I want my money back

The staff members were friendly, and parking was convenient. However, the room itself was rather disappointing. Housekeeping services were not provided, which meant we did not receive additional toilet paper or fresh towels. The air conditioning unit operated intermittently and produced a loud noise each time it activated, often disturbing our sleep. The floors appeared and felt unclean, making it uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Furthermore, an iron and ironing board were not available. The pool was also closed during our stay. Given these issues, the cost did not seem justified, even considering it was during the Fourth of July weekend.

One of them had a missing shower handle and the AC sounded like a old generator. We asked to switch and that one didn't have the refrigerator and microwave and the closet had no where to hang anything. When asked to make a switch the CS was descent but not great. Elevators are outdated, they charge for parking like the place meets those type od expectations, and I feel like the amenities are tremendously lacking attention. Granted it was a holiday weekend, when asked if the initial room to bring changed to was dirty, housekeeping had left for the day so service or attention on that. We asked what time the pool closed and the6 blamed the city for not coming out there which sounds crazy but that's what they said. The beds were hard, the final room we stayed in was a little better. The restroom had no vent and when we showered all of the steam went to the room or inside which, to me, shouldn't be happening. I would have to give this location two stars out of 5.

I was there from Wednesday to Sunday and my bed never change, supposed to be a non smoking area but every night I walk in to my room it's a strong weed smell, the towel shelving comes off the wall, and after check in not once but twice walk in to a room with people in it,I spoke to the front desk and they said that they'll give me something kinda discount on my next stay

Over all it was clean, it is out dated however we stayed here 2 nights no issues. The surrounding area alot of homeless, prostitutes lol.... I give it 3 stars!!

The staff was very friendly. Cleanliness was ok, but property its old and needs some remodeling.

The room was dirty as all get out, you could see dust on the walls, one of the lights wouldn't stop flickering, the tub was worn and wouldn't drain, there was globs of hair on the floor, the mini fridge was off/broken and leaking water on the floor before we even got in the room, and the floor was uneven. When telling them our fridge was broken, our answer was "no 24 hour maintenance, we have some towels to offer you" and no more rooms to switch us to. 2 towels for a reservation for 4 people. Had to ask 3 times for blankets because ours were wet from the mini fridge leak. The night staff was very unprofessional, the day staff was much more helpful and customer friendly.

Would NEVER stay here. We walked in and walked out. In the parking lot were ESCORTS, cops circling. We needed just 9 hours of sleep before continuing our trip. We decided whatever, we can live for 9 hours. After checking in, we walked into our room and saw a BUG on the bed and the curtains had stains. We thought maybe the bug was just from our bags, continued to put our stuff down. Then we saw the caved in ceiling. We thought maybe we could just get the kids shower, and we would be better off parking at the beach and sleeping. Then, THE COCKROACH. Continued to the bathroom and saw BLOOD on the floor, then, BLACK MOLD. We grabbed our stuff and checked out immediately. As we were parking our car, a gunshot went off in the lot across the street and cops were surrounding. Could not leave this quick enough!!

The room is like a motel 6 nothing fancy. Mold in bathroom. Don't think a very good neighbor hood. If you get city side the street is right there if noise bothers you stay the other side. The pool was closed but hot tub was great. You have to pay $15 a night for parking or park on street for free. For a Ramada which I thought was a higher class hotel but was not. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Roaches all over the places , no comforters were given to us. Poor service , no staff was helping us for a different room

  • Engine customer Jul 2026

Found mold in the bathroom. Floors were full of crumbs. Sheets weren’t very clean.

This was hands down the worst hotel stay of my life. The moment I walked in, the elevator reeked, and the entire room smelled heavily of stale smoke. Everything was absolutely filthy—the floor was literally damp to the touch. The fridge was leaving and puddles everywhere. To make matters worse, the plumbing was a total disaster; both the sinks and the bathtub were completely clogged and backed up with stagnant water. It was incredibly unpleasant and unsanitary. I actually ended up contracting pink eye from how dirty this place was, couldn't stay more than one night. Keep my money, use it upgrade this place into a psych facility. Do yourself a huge favor and stay far away from here!

They were going to charge me $55 for checking in 30mins early. Then after we waited to check in, line got busy and took over 30mins more. Room was supposed to have a bay view, only thing we could see was staircase. Room wasn’t clean, no towels, TV remote did not work.

Great staff. The property is just old. But the price was amazing. So not a bad deal if you’re only staying for the night
