Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good.

Excellent accommodations Staff was amazing

It was a lovely place to stay. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful and the included breakfast had so much to choose from. The room was immaculate and the location was about 1/2 hour from Logan airport (granted no traffic). I highly recommend it.

Rooms are comfortable and very home like. More like studio apartments than rooms. Would recommend to others.

The cleaning staff came around knocking three separate times between 9am and checkout at 12pm trying to open the door. It was very annoying and disruptive especially since I was still within the check out time!!

Housekeeping only every other day. One day I put up the "later" sign so they skipped our room altogether. Juice and water machine out of order, ATM out of cash. Breakfast pretty bad. Overdone dried out eggs daily. One of the staff, Eugenia, was very friendly but others were not so pleasant. Clean comfortable, large room eat the main plus.

The room was big with a kitchen and large sitting area. It was a great deal for the price. I'll definitely going back.

$10 paid parking said covered parking, but it doesn't matter, it's $10 to park at the hotel. I liked the happy face sponge and took it after doing my dishes, since I didn't think you'd use it again.

Have stayed at this property many times while visiting family & always find this Residence Inn to be a perfect location.

The wifi was fast, the breakfast was a hot and cold breakfast and offered many options; Scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, sausage patties, bacon, toast , etc fruit, cereal, yogurts, juice, milk and coffee.Hostess was friendly, helpful and clean. The suite was excellent with all the amenities however the cleaning was less than desirable. The carpets hadn't been vacuumed and the bathroom shower was discusting. It had light pink and black mould all around the bottom of the shower. To add to this the front desk evening female staff member was not welcoming whatsoever it's like we we're stopping her from doing her job when we're the customer and you should be a little more welcoming and respectful since you're representing the Marriott team. Hopefully someone that can make a difference sees this and can make a positive change. We feel the standards at the Marriott are maybe slipping.

Great place. I had to work out of a hotel room and it had a nice desk and comfortable couch. There are several food places nearby and the property is clean and well maintained.

The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Suite was huge; air conditioning was great as it was hot, the hotel was quiet, had a nice gym and pool which we used twice with our granddaughter. Would stay there again!! Shower water pressure could be a little stronger.

My stay at the residence in Marriott, and Needham was literally a 2 out of A10I only gave it a 3 star because of eugena and Marielle, 2 of the front desk staffs that was helpful. That was concerned. Let me start off by saying I went from one hotel to the next hotel. Thinking that this hotel was gonna be better shooter for me. And my $2 as we were traveling, and we wanted to join our time at the pool. But before I get into that, let me tell you the hotel. Obviously it says pep friendly, which was fine, but the fact that you guys own 1950 vacuums is ridiculous because it doesn't suck up. None of the hair as my was crawling on the floor all I seen was hair all over her onesie. I had to stop lucky. There was a maid right there. Housekeeping, right? There who was able to let me use the vacuum, which I vacuumed. There was a piece of nail on the floor it was disgusting, but I said we just got here Ariana, let's just try and be happy. We came to celebrate a family outing and FIFA World Cup. So I said, we're gonna make the best out of it. Turn the ice machine on ice machine doesn't work. After a day, the garbage disposable stopped working after 3 days. Our bathroom was clogged the shower and the sink. When explaining this to other staff members, they just they didn't give me no attitude. It was just the fact that they felt like I just work here. All I can do is call maintenance, and that's it didn't want to tell me about a manager or anything. I had to ask for the manager because the

It was a great place to stay. I was able to work, cook, and get a work out in. It was a terrific studio apartment.
