Residence Inn Boston Needham

A really nice room. Comfortable and clean. The kitchenette was so helpful!! In a "business area" so a little disconnected, but close in miles to everything important. Breakfast was okay, except the fake rubbery eggs. Would stay again.

Overall, the stay at the residence Inn was good. The price was reasonable and the room was large enough. On the downside, the rooms really need an upgrade carpets are dingy furniture is dingy sheets had holes in them. The complementary breakfast is a guess what you get for complementary, but could stand to be upgraded a bit

Dirty bedding(wasn’t enough light in the room in the evening upon first bed inspection that I didn’t notice the stains), dingy room, needs to replace rugs, clean rooms better.

My check in was great.

The staff was outstanding and the room was fine apart from a little noise that is heard from the floor above. . I could not connect to the internet (neither phone nor laptop), and no one on duty could fix the problem. I was unable to get any work done. I won't ever stay there again.

The location was excellent for what we needed. The room was spacious and well kept. Everything was great, until I saw a bug under the sink. Then my perception of clean was ruined.

The staff was amazingly friendly and pet friendly-which was the best part for us! Even thought I did give this hotel 5 stars, it was a bit disappointing to know they didn't have a restaurant for dinner. However the free breakfast was amazing!

I enjoyed the rooms and the size of the rooms and the comfortability of the bed. I did not like the staff, they were rude and one staff member was walking around with his shoes off in the PM. The dishwasher was also leaking in our room and the sink was overflowing when the dishwasher leaked. They charged me wrong for our rooms so we had to call and complain as they charged us fully for another night when we should not have been charged the extra charge, as well as they charged us for parking when we are platinum members. We called and complained about this unacceptable stay we are now waiting to hear back from the team and the mangers.
