Terribly dated! In desperate need of remodeling

Excellent customer service. I have a family member that attends Olin College and this hotel is located close, specially during moving time. Staff very helpful.

Room was great. We stayed two nights. The staff was great. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet.

Bathroom door sticks, ironing board was cheap and the cloth was barely attached, AC ran all night, fridge was barley cold. Room was clean but at the price paid it was a disappointment.

Breakfast great. Temporary parking garage a little crazy to get out of but other than that stay was great.

This Hotel is very outdated, and not clean. Parking is also very inconvenient as you can only park in the top floor of the parking building in front of the hotel and there is no elevator at the parking building. All other items like iron board, iron itself, shower tub were very old and dirty. Some other items were damaged. Regarding staff, the first person that did the check-in was helpful, but then other people was kind of rude when we requested toilet paper and extra towels (yeah, there was only half of one toilet paper in the bedroom and only two towels in the bedroom when the reservation was made for 4 people) Definitely not coming back to this hotel and wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Prices did not match what was advertised. Parking was double what the site said. The bathroom was not unusable but was not as clean as I'd expect at a hotel. Tv service was in and out all night. Staff was very helpful.

Lo unico que no me gustó es que tuve que pagar parqueo si hubiera sido en el primer piso estaría perfecto no importando el pago pero además de pagar el parqueo estaba en el 3 piso lo cual no me ayudó en nada que que tengo problema de espalda baja. Fuera de eso todo lo demás perfecto el joven que me atendió en recepción muy atento y amable.

From the beginning of our stay, we encountered one problem after another: • The service in the hotel restaurant was extremely poor. • The telephone in our room did not work, making it difficult to contact the front desk or request assistance. • Every time we attempted to change the television to ESPN2, the television shut off completely. • We requested assistance with the television and waited approximately 30 minutes for an engineer to arrive. When he did, there was a significant language barrier, and he was unable to explain the problem or provide us with a solution. • The following morning, we could not get the shower to work. We contacted the front desk and were told an engineer would be sent to our room. After waiting approximately 15 minutes, I could wait no longer because we were on a schedule, so I had to wash my hair in the bathroom sink. When the engineer finally arrived, we learned that the shower required pushing in the lever in a way that was not at all apparent to us. By that point, however, I had already finished getting ready using the sink. Any one of these issues might have been a minor inconvenience. Taken together, however, they made for an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience
