Lovely staff!

Everything was clean and no hassle

Finding the room was like walking thru a maze! The biggest beef was the parking lot area in front of the hotel is very small and several cars were double parked. Be aware that you will most likely park in the garage but cannot access until you check in and obtain a room key. Def not handicapped friendly.

The parking was down the hill a bit, which could be an issue for some people. That was really the only negative, though.

On top of that, the hotel’s policies felt very exploitative—almost everything came with an extra charge. For the price they charge, the service and cleanliness were completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Both the person that checked us in and checked us out was very very kind. They’re amazing customer service representatives for your company and I get them a five star rating.

Overall, this a decent hotel. Room was clean and beds were comfy. Unfortunately, you have to pay additionally for parking and breakfast. Additionally, we also had a problem with our toilet. When we returned to our room after dinner we found that the toilet was leaking and had flooded the bathroom floor. We called the front desk and they offered to send their handyman to fix it. This was about 8 pm. The handy man took at least 45 minutes to come( I understand he was probably busy addressing other problems). He supposedly fixed the toilet but after he left we tried flushing the toilet and it wouldn't stop running and the tank did not appear to be filling. We again called the front desk and requested a room change. It took awhile for someone to come with the keys to our new room. It was about 10:15 when we switched rooms. My son and I were disappointed because we had wanted to go for a swim before it closed at 10pm and didn't get to due to the issues with the toilet. Even though the hotel staff was good about addressing the problem with the toilet ( although it took awhile), the hotel offered us nothing in terms of compensation for the inconvenience ( not being able to take advantage of the pool, being unable to use the toilet in our room for 2 hours and needing to switch rooms when we were ready to go to bed) that we experienced.

Hotel was pretty clean. No issues with cleanliness, and service. All the staff were very nice and helpful. Stayed in a junior suite and the pull out bed needs to be replaced, the bed was not comfortable. Other than that everything was great.

This was my first time staying here and I will most certainly come back. Demetrius was amazing and answered all of my questions. He was so friendly and the room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable and the desk was perfect for working on my book. I didn't hear any other guests which made it so easy to concentrate. I also love the security of the parking garage. Peace of mind all around. The breakfast was phenomenal. Whenever I have an appointment, I am going to stay here.

Excellent accommodations!

Hotel was packed during our stay which created several potential challenges. However staff went above and beyond and were extremely accommodating. Hotel rooms were great. Breakfast was good and Starbucks inside was convenient.

On the first night, there was no body wash in the room. I informed the front desk, and instead of replacing it, they gave me three small bars of facial soap. The body wash was never refilled for the remainder of my stay. I was also charged $51 for parking, even though my car was only parked there for approximately 12 hours, from 11:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. I emailed the billing department regarding the charge and never received a response. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because breakfast was advertised as included. However, upon arrival, I was informed that breakfast was not included and that only à la carte options were available. Housekeeping was also lacking. Crumbs that fell onto the carpet on Sunday night remained there until I checked out on Wednesday, indicating that the room had not been vacuumed. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and provided poor service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Love the location — very safe and nice. The stay was wonderful. I would stay here again. Very comfortable.
