Loved the hotel & the staff was very friendly

Staff was ok though I know I informed them that I had 2 dogs.,luckily we were able to stay for extra fee. Ice machine broke but they gave us ice. Only a sop over ,so didn't stay for breakfast.

Location was easy access to our travel arrangements. It was right next door to the best orange chicken I had the pleasure of having. The room was clean. Although the hotel was listed under pet friendly, there wasn’t an area for you to walk your pets. There were no amenities. A very small area to have breakfast and not much was offered.

Two ice machines, both out of order. The desk clerk told me that they apparently couldn't stand the summer heat, and kept breaking down. They gave me a couple of ice trays' worth of ice, but that really wasn't enough.

This place was good for a quick one night stop. Disappointed that bathtub plug didn’t work and could not use it. Room was clean and not too noisy. We were able to park our truck and trailer in the parking lot.

The staff is very friendly and we enjoyed talking to them a lot! The breakfast was quite extensive with yoghurt, cereal, bread, waffles and cake. This stop was exactly what we needed as a stop along route 66.

I never stayed and was charged. The staff canceled the stay when my daughter tried to check in..I am requesting a refund immediately The staff was rude and did not accommodate but charged me the rate of 108.90 on my credit card

Breakfast was okay. The hotel is within walking to a famous restaurant. The location of all the hotels in this area I imagine have to deal with the trains passing at all hours, so the location is not ideal. I was unable to sleep through the noise while it did not seem to affect my husband at all.

Manager very nice .. provided help with dinner suggestions. Provided good breakfast. Parking by room. Property could be cleaned up. Rooms could be modernized a bit as well. Overall not a bad value for overnight Route 66 stay.

Friendly staff, comfortable stay.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The sheets were clean. You can park for free on the premises. The premises is in a state of disrepair. It needs renovating and decorating. Our room was dirty. I had a shower and then walked to the bed. By the time I got there the bottom of my feet were black with dirt off the floor. There was no natural light or ventilation in the ensuite because the window was boarded up and there was not extractor fan. The breakfast was poor. There was a dangerous glass topped table in the dining room that was in an imminent state of collapse - extremely wobbly on it's legs, not fit to be used.

Rooms are clean, bathroom is ok. Breakfast is ok, with coffee, toast, cereal. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very good staying.

Owners are very nice and generous. Made my stay much more pleasant. The room was nice and clean. I would definitely stay again if needed. Everything was great except the bed needs to be replaced. Had a big dip. Maybe foundation needs to be reinforced.

The staff we excellent in friendliness, efficiency, and helpfulness. It really is a very basic hotel and it very much served my purposes and the price was very reasonable. The TV did not have much reception - none at all when the microwave was in use. The facility is old, but seemed VERY well maintained. They have made some adjustments so there were plenty of outlets for electronics. I could not read the wifi code and so was unable to use the wifi and see how well it works. It is right near a train so bring earplugs if that is a problem for you. The continental breakfast was a lovely assortment of the basics.
