Best Western Colorado River Inn

Spend 2 Days At Western Hotel Room was really Clean, Staff where awesome, breakfast was excellent. I give this hotel 10+

Clean room

The room and property were super clean and nice. The breakfast area was immaculate. All the staff were extremely helpful, and the pool/hot tub area was absolutely amazing! We especially loved that it was open until 11pm to take advantage of pool time when the sun was down. We loved our one night stay so much we decided to stay a second night! I can't recommend this hotel enough - from a family with two adults and two elementary age kiddos.

Very welcoming receptionist, clean room, clean pools and seating areas around it.

Everything was good as could be expected. One issue while I was checking is was that a man coming in and out of the lobby acting erratic. The staff member said he'd been in there a couple of times that evening. As soon as I walked out of the lobby heading to my room, this man followed me and started telling me a long story. I told him he should call the police. Then he got to the real reason he stopped me and that was for money. I just walked away. I saw him do this to two other hotel guests and he approached my husband, too. The hotel staff that night should have told him to leave. They could tell this man kept approaching guests. The man was a tall, white guy and fairly aggressive. I told the morning staff member at the desk and she was much more concerned than they guy in the evening.

Only problem was the TV not working and maintenance failed to come and fix it.

We travel a lot and have stayed at many hotels, the staff at this location were the most friendly and helpful we have ever come in contact with. Every staff member greeted us and offered help when it was needed. We were very impressed, I wish all hotel staff were as awesome as they were! The room was clean and the breakfast was good. It’s in a small town which was nice for us. We will absolutely stay here again in the future if we pass through.

Had trouble with the key at first and receptionist was helpful and replaced the key right away. Would stay once again!

The night auditor was very helpful and kind. The room was great. Breakfast was the best part. Good food and Heather was so friendly and sweet.

The property was conveniently located. Very clean, comfortable bed and a great breakfast with a wonderful, helpful staff member.

No staff for check in for over 15 mins. Rang the "for assistance" buzzer multiple times but no one came. Phone was ringing off the hook the whole time. Room was fine but the AC was rattling so loud it was hard to sleep, not to mention the train tracks next door. If you don't mind cold eggs and sausage breakfast was ok (though the staff in the breakfast room was very nice). One of the worst BW's I've stayed in.
