The young man that checked us in was polite and professional.

Staff were absolutely brilliant.

What a pleasant surprise. Staff from the evening to the morning were so friendly and welcoming. After a long drive it was nice to have a clean room. Beds were comfy, the property well maintained. If I ever pass through there again I would definitely stay there.

Room was overpriced for the location and amenities. The television didn’t work in one of our room rooms and we had to be moved unfortunately the weather was 121° and so we had to stay indoors in the morning I tried to use the pool, but it was swarming with bees and there was a dead cricket floating in the hot tub so that was a no go for me. So I was not able to really use the amenities that I was going for which we’re gonna be the pool and spa. Room was clean enough.

Old, no coffee in rooms, no working ice machine, kind of run down

Overall a good stay.only downside was no coffee maker in the room and the bathroom was smelly and old. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and towels

Staff was friendly and the ac was great. Very safe. I highly recommend it

Hidden Gem...stay here if you're headed up to Havsu. Much more favorable option, staff is so friendly.

The hotel was old but kept well and clean room and bathroom. I was very comfortable.

Good price. The host refused to accept documentation showing that my dog is a service dog and tried to charge 500 pesos per night, even though the posted pet fee was 400 pesos. I was also charged 300 pesos for a dirty towel, despite housekeeping coming only twice during my stay.

The young man at the desk welcomed us warmly when we arrived. He was such a delightful young man!! I hope he gets to read this review! The whole stay was very comfortable and pleasant. Quiet, calm surroundings. We had absolutely no complaints at all.

The desk staff person was extremely nice, professional and efficient. This is not a "fancy" hotel. It is a very clean, roomy, easy to access and friendly hotel. The pool appeared well kept - and was certainly well used on that day.

Good room for a one night stay.

The much needed Air Conditioning worked well and the room had extra seating Everything was good. Few things were less than good. Nice stay with oppressive heat at the front door
