Check in was very easy and simple although limited information was provided (room key provided, wifi info was also provided). The pool was accessible and open. The location of the hotel was very convenient. They do provide a continental type breakfast with the addition of being able to make waffles. You could hesr minimal noise, but definitely the traffic from the highway (loud trucks, motorcycles etc) The room was supposed to be non-smoking due to smoke allergy, but it had a slight stale cigarette smell. My asthma was acting up when I woke up as well from the smell. The sheets had what seemed like small pet hairs on them. The towel rack kept falling off the wall. The floors seemed very clean to the naked eye, but your feet end up black after walking on it for just a short time.

Room was not a clean as I would have liked upon arrival. The exterior of the property was unkept (weeds everywhere & some trash). Room was economically priced = basically paid for bed & shower.

Trash around the room. Used bandaid in the ice tub.

Rooms are updated, staff were helpful, breakfast included waffles that made kids happy.

Looks newly renovated room looks nice, there was these little black bugs on the floor. No body wash glad i got my own. Breakfast was simple waffles, cereal and prepacked muffins.

Beds were very comfortable My non smoking room smelt like smoking

One housekeeper stole a drink from our mini fridge.

AC was turned off in the room so it felt like a sauna upon entering the room, no housekeeping service had to go down to the lobby to ask for towels room key stop working numerous times. no elevator service, Bathtub very slippery. All rooms are outdoor looks more like an apartment complex.

Do not stay here. It is not safe. And we pulled back the covers on the bed and there was a huge blood stain. We left immediately

The rooms were decent size and clean the staff was friendly and helpful There was no pool towels and the cable tv was not good

Over all it was decent for the price paid. Close enough to where we were going. We had left a work phone behind and instead of calling to let us know (we were still in town till 5pm check out was at 11am we left at 10am). It is just extremely rude as I know they have my phone number on file and easily could have called and I could have picked it up instead of driving four hours home just to turn around and drive four hours back and four hours home again. We will not be staying here again. Also to add the doors so not open easily with the key card.
