Hotel is very clean, room was comfy Coffee was good it was loud in other rooms during the night. You could hear people walking and jumping around. Breakfast was till 10 we got there around 9:15 and there was basically no food left. We had coffee and left

Nothing Nothing but lies and deception and housekeeping will steal your stuff and give it to there family members and people who come off the street when you leave the property and then they will fix your account so you can't book rooms on the application buy calling booking. Com telling them lies about you and other hotels in New Braunfels TX and outher locations will not recommend this hotel to anyone in the United States of America and the world

Had a great night sleep. The AC worked well and we were able to set it comfortably

Front desk girl in the late afternoon was not very personable but over all it was a good stay. The bed was a bit of a marshmallow for me, way too soft.

The light in the bathroom was very dim. We had to,ask fir bath towels i am a diabetic and the breakfast had nothing but cards.

The location was the only good thing about this Hotel. The Hotel itself smelled awful. Smelled like bleach and mildew. The breakfast was nonexistent. No eggs, sausage. Two types of cereal, apples, powdered coffee cream, a waffle maker. Floors in the room were stained, corners needed to be cleanse.

The beds were comfy and the room was spacious! The hotel staff were very nice. Breakfast wasn't great, there wasn't a good selection.

I didn’t like anything they cancel my 2 rooms with no notification as soon as I got there to check in the lady at the front desk said she cancel our rooms I was not happy at all!!

A bit pricey for what you get. Breakfast was a major disappointment compared to what was advertised. Only protein was hard boiled eggs. Other than that all carbs, sugary cereals, bread, muffins, biscuits, cream gravy( without sausage). Had dannon yogurt one day but when asked, was told they were out the next 2 days we were there. Also had ready to make waffles along with juice, coffee, hot tea and oatmeal. Scrambled eggs would have been a great choice were were not available any day. They just didn't offer them.

Good place with great price. Pool area could use a fix up and breakfast menu needs better food selection. Otherwise, I would definitely stay again if I the area.
