The room was mostly clean. There was hair in the tub. The key card reaser on our door was terrible. You had swipe it several times & take it out just right and lift the handle just to get in & out of the room. I didn't get in the pool but my nephew said there were bugs in it. There is no elevator. The ice machine on the first floor while waiting to get in our room, I saw a man put his hands on the spout to put ice in his thermos. The bed was actually pretty comfortable.

I have been here a week while moving into a new house, they have treated me well and fulfilled all their obligations to accommodate me. Kept nice and clean and maintained well.

It was okay, wasn’t the greatest but also not terrible.

The breakfast was good. The staff was very courteous. The room was clean and the bed was wonderful! I slept like a baby.

Staff was very nice, room is very clean, AC unit struggled a little but, we checked in on an unusually high heat day, (almost 100 degrees outside.) It cooled just not as low as we would’ve preferred. It did seem to cool adequately the next day when the temps were in the 90s. Definitely a nice room & amenities for the cost!!

I understand it's an older building, and it's a busy season so they charge $200 for a dirty, smelly room. I am even wondering if there were bedbugs. I am not picky, but this place needs some updates and people TO CLEAN IT. There was black mold in the bathroom, I won't stay here again.

Room was dirty, mattress on sofa couch was yellow no sheets provided in room you have to go downstairs to request sheets and gave only one sheet and cover no fitted sheet given. The window unit in the room did not cool room, never staying there again

The room smelled funny and the breakfast was not edible.

Brwakfast menu consisted of an over-cooked egg, biscuits, and sausage.It did have bagels, bread for toast, muffins, and 2 d8fferent types of cereal.
