Not helpful staff, wouldn't even come up with extra pillows, the building was run down. The ac worked and that was about the only plus. Would not recommend.

Good price and location OG sheets and towel, it wasn’t clean, booked two rooms and both had trash in it.

There is nothing to like about this places. There were too many vagrants, roaches, gnats, and poor housekeeping. I wouldn’t stay here EVER again!!! Everything about this place was disgusting! I would never stay here in my life!!!

The staff was very nice. But, the room was dirty and smelled bad.

Front desk girl very professional & friendly. The bathtub/shower is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Slippery & no grab bar. TV remote is useless. Fridge had molded leftover food. Carpet not vacuumed. Smoke detector off the mount and missing the battery. Bed sheet had holes & stains. Only recommend if you have no other place to go.

The front desk staff were very accommodating. We had to change rooms two times. One room didn’t have electricity. One room didn’t have a working microwave and it was very dirty. Another room had cockroaches, under the bed were stool softeners, under the credenza was candy wrappers and a lemon rind.

No breakfast offered Bugs on the floor, trash left on floor, run down appliances (lamps), lighting was very poor (dark)

Staff guy said I couldn’t pay with tap pay even though it had tap pay available

Absolutely nothing. Disgusting. We ended up not even staying because when we got into our room, one of the beds was crooked, the room had not been cleaned and was filthy,, and the mattress was on the floor and stained everywhere. The check in area smelt like straight smoke. The stairs leading up to the second floor had caved in, so you had to use other stairs.

Didn't get breakfast, only coffee Hair in the tub,hot water wasn't hot, roaches,the microwave didn't work

The location was great. The Ac was broke in one room. They moved us to another room then that room didn't have a lock. There were roaches in the room and asked for an extra towel and wash cloth and they refused to give me one. They didn't have a hot tube like pictured either.

And I was accused of taking a towl Staff ugly room

The location was perfect it was right next to the event I was attending. The carpets in the room needs to be steamed cleaned to eliminate smells.
