Motel 6 New Braunfels, TX

I would not stay there again if it was offered to me free every room was infested with roaches every thing was either not working or broken i did take pictures of and yea hot tub broke washer dryer broke snack machine broke .The staff was ok but other then that i wouldnt recommend to noone.

I will start by saying the staff was very understanding and nice about my concerns. And immediately canceled my reservation. But I was not able to sleep in this room. Not only when we got into the room there was live band bugs on the wall. There was also live roaches under the mini fridge and dead roaches in a random corner of the room. The room itself was clean, but they definitely have a bug infestation and I do not want to take bedbugs home so I immediately didn’t check in , leaving me to find beds for seven people out of nowhere and put more money down to rebook.

Saw some roaches, the ice machine didn’t work due to overuse. Some stuff off but a one day stay I guess it could be good!

The property was a little rundown. Pool and the spa were not available. There were mugs in the bathroom. And they replace in the sheet box both in the hallway and in my room that showed damaged that was not repaired. Betting and surface areas were clean though.

A little disappointed in the maintenance and conditions of the establishment.

I did not expect luxury from a Motel 6 but this will definitely be my last stay at this property. Staff was attentive and helpful, the amenities were standard, but the property has a severe roach infestation!! Not only in the hallways In route to the room, the room itself multiple were seen. Even on the office wall as I checked out and reported the issue. I received and apology and 10% off but at the up charged weekend price I don’t believe it sufficient. Now I must inspect my luggage and belongings to avoid transporting the roaches back home. !!

Just be happy you have a decent bed to stay in.

For starters, each clean towel was rolled and had black hairs sticking out if them, the light in the restroom worked half the time requiring multiple switches for it to turn on, 1 out of 4 lights in room didn't work, there was only coffee in morning, there was no shampoo or conditioner in shower....just not the best stay. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

Not clean and grounds not clean

We had 2 rooms and both rooms were infested with roaches. One of our rooms smelled like cat pee and in the other room on one of beds our bed when there were some type of insect on the bed when we pulled back the blanket. The front desk just offered to spray our room with medicine and refused to cancel and give me a refund because it was after check out time.

Didn't have much interaction with the staff, but what I did, they were nice. The hotel is not well maintained but it'll do for the price. I'll have to say if you're looking for luxury on a budget, this is not it. We did like it though.

Terrible property left in less then an hour we decided to just drive the 3 hours back home instead, i dont think they wash the bedsheets because there was hair all over it and the pillows, the towels in the bathroom had hair in them aswell... the place was ran down and felt pretty sketchy.
