Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean parking shared with Fairfield Inn was accessible. We had to use the pool skimmer before we got in but it was nice and the have a pool towel station. The beds not the most comfortable. They are hard and lumpy. Breakfast was convenient. My nephew enjoyed the pancakes.

Our room was rough but glad we had a place to rest. It was clean but a lot of repairs need to be done. Also being on the top floor, we were very hot even though the AC ran the whole time. Room never cooled off at night time

When we arrived at our hotel room. I noticed the air conditioner was not working properly. I contacted the front desk and was told they would send maintenance. Maintenance came very quickly and after looking at air conditioners told us that they need to replace the unit. They replaced the unit in about half hour. I don’t know why they did not offer us another room. The crazy thing is that I had other family staying at same hotel and they had same problem with their air conditioner in their room. Hotel was clean and staff very polite. The only thing I had a problem with was the air conditioner which was needed in July heat.

We arrived at 10:30 PM, and I felt that the male receptionist could have provided better customer service. A more welcoming and professional attitude would have made our check-in experience much more pleasant.

There was a little smell in the room. The furniture had some stains on it. It was a quick stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful (we needed some assistance with the outdoor umbrella). The rooms were clean and well appointed and the complementary breakfast was quite delicious. I especially loved that they had disposable plates and utensils set out for use because we brought take out for dinner one evening and were able to sit in the lobby/dining area and visit with family while watching the World Cup game - definitely beats fighting Saturday night restaurant crowds! The hotel is in a very convenient location and has ample parking. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and awesome staff. The place needs renovations in a big way. We had a master bed room with several broken tiles on the bathroom floor and a shower stall floor that looked very pitiful. Great breakfast and clean but needs necessary work.
