Holiday Inn Express & Suites New Braunfels by IHG

There was a little smell in the room. The furniture had some stains on it. It was a quick stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful (we needed some assistance with the outdoor umbrella). The rooms were clean and well appointed and the complementary breakfast was quite delicious. I especially loved that they had disposable plates and utensils set out for use because we brought take out for dinner one evening and were able to sit in the lobby/dining area and visit with family while watching the World Cup game - definitely beats fighting Saturday night restaurant crowds! The hotel is in a very convenient location and has ample parking. We will definitely be staying here again!

Great location and awesome staff. The place needs renovations in a big way. We had a master bed room with several broken tiles on the bathroom floor and a shower stall floor that looked very pitiful. Great breakfast and clean but needs necessary work.

I enjoyed the bed. 4th floor is Hot and my ac wasn’t on. 80 degrees so took awhile to cool room down. Breakfast was good, also every associate I encountered were very friendly. The parking for tractor trailer was hard getting out of parking lot this morning. I appreciate the dove products for my shower.

The staff were great at this hotel. The location was a little easy to miss if you're not being careful due to it being off the road. The signage could use some update, but all in all, we loved out stay here. We had two families staying here together and we loved the location to everything. One exit away from Buc ee's and In-N-Out. We especially loved how easy it was getting to Schlitterbahn. We would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped for a short stay. Staff was friendly, and breakfast bar was stocked well. One especially nice upgrade was the coffee machine is the breakfast area, one that grinds your beans and makes the coffee when you order it. Hotel coffee is usually the worst, but the was actually decent!

Holiday Inn did not disappoint! We enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon!

The air in our room would stop working during the night and we were given a fan. The hotel didn’t offer to comp us for the inconvenience.

Everything was excellent and employees were very pleasant

The breakfast area furniture was very stained and we didn’t want to sit on it. The advertised cinnamon rolls were not offered. The second day the breakfast food was in short supply. Supposedly the supply didn’t arrive. The coffee pods in the room were awful cheap brands and the nice machine in the breakfast area brewed brown water. Again awful. The bathroom in our room had uneven tiles and were a tripping hazard. In short, IHG prices continue to rise but quality drops. Next time I think we’ll try another hotel. The staff were nice though. See above.

Location and staff The carpets were filthy and the breakfast was not very good

Breakfast is always the best! Parking was safe and easy...like the back entrance. Only negative thing was the beds are a little firm.
