We very much appreciated the helpfulness of the staff in checking in and later in sending items we had forgotten in the room. My husband was not feeling well so I was a bit frazzled in trying to take care of everything. The staff were very kind and helpful. The two double beds were comfortable and everything worked well in the room. We did not eat breakfast when we left the next day.

Had to stay here because the othe hotel is rented in San Marcos was HORRIBLE. This place was 1000x better in all aspects.

The only thing that I did not like was the smell of the room and the lobby. I don't know what it was, but overall, it was a nice place to stay.

Terrible service. I requested clean towels from the lady in the office because I realized my room hadn't been serviced, and she refused to provide them. I asked for Lysol because the damp smell was too strong, and she refused to give me that as well. I spent two days there on a supposed vacation with my husband, having to use the same towel for two days. TERRIBLE SERVICE, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

The room was clean. Very little outside noise. The breakfast was okay however other hotels offer more. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only real complaint was the bed. The wife and I did not sleep well. Both of us had back aches.

Location It didn’t smell good anywhere. The bed was hard. The ac did not cool well, no matter the temp we put it on.

Clean room and clean pool area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Can never complain about this hotel. Told the staff on checking out see you in 2 months.
