Super clean and close to schliterbahn/the river with no traffic The hot tub wasn’t working

Stayed for a quick two night trip to float the river. Our room was very clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. We didn't use the pool but it was right outside our window. Looked very clean and lit up nicely in the evening. Shower pressure was good. Front desk was friendly and fast checking us in at 1am. Would stay again.

The bed was comfortable. The juice tasted bad at the breakfast. The cereal tasted bland. The coffee did not taste good. Pool needed attention. Hot tub was green. Toilet in the room didn't work. Rather than fix, they moved me to another room. I had to repack my suitcase. Was not told what the wifi password was.

Very nice hotel. Staff was excellent and went above and beyond, offering extra waters and making sure we were taken care of. Great value. Recommended highly.

This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in my whole 39 years of my life. Myself (39 f) my daughter (19) and my son (13) traveled to this location for my daughter’s college orientation. The evening employee kicked us out of the hotel because we use the bath towel towels as pool towels. Before going up to our room after getting out of the pool, we stopped by the hotel desk to ask for a few more towels. The guy flipped out on us. He was irate. He went into a psychotic rage and told us we have 15 minutes to get the “F” out. He shouted obscenities, curse words and numerous racial slurs, referencing white people and using the N-word repeatedly, he called my 19 year-old daughter the “B” word multiple times while screaming at the top of his lungs. He screamed at my son and would not let him exit the building. He is only 13. This man is full of aggression and anger and he should ABSOLUTELY BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE. I called the police. They came and escorted us to our room so we could safely get our belongings and leave. I did file a police report and I will be contacting corporate along with a few others. This is also all on video record recording. Not only that, but I did notice him staring at us from a window in a room above the pool, something else that we noticed is when we left for the day we intentionally left the room light on, so we would not have to come back to a dark room. When we arrived back, our room light was off.

The pool was so relaxing. Clean room and great staff will be back again

The young man that checked me in was very nice. He even gave me a coke when the vending machine didn't work. There were a lot of bugs in the pool and the bed was horrible. Obviously an old mattress that was worn out years ago.

Everything was clean

The staff here (front desk) was excellent and most helpful. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Continental breakfast was okay, but not as good as most others. Only thing that was sub par was there were no one here to clean the room or bathroom. Front desk brought us what we needed and we were okay with that. Overall, I would stay here again. Price was reasonable.

• I booked this hotel for the sofa bed in the room specifically. When I arrived to the hotel at midnight I was politely told they don’t have bedding for it. I even had to explain that it is not a chair, it is a sofa that has a mattress inside of it and is indeed a bed as advertised. Stunned, I said surely you have something to put on the bed you are advertising. I was told “oh only if you ask for it.” Yes sir, I’m asking. May I please have bedding? I was then told “Well, I could give you a sheet and this blanket.” I was given a flat sheet and what looked like an oversized thin airline blanket. I then asked if I could have a comforter or something thicker. No, we don’t have any. Stunned, I asked what they put on the other beds in the hotel. May I have one of those? “ Well, we have them, but I don’t have one now. They’re probably in the laundry.” Stunned and tired I just asked for a pillow. Thankfully he knew where those were. He was very polite about it, but clearly this person has not been trained in the slightest. When is bedding optional for the place you pay to sleep? • The Hot tub was the second reason I specifically booked here. Turns out it is just a cold tub next to the pool which has leaves in it. • This hotel is definitely not worth the price. It is surrounded by several other options. I am disappointed I did not choose one of those. The price was the same. I only chose this one because I thought it had what we were looking for.

First impression was it’s a standard room. Toilet was visibly dirty upon walking in the restroom. The sofa is visibly sunken in. If I open a bed and there are too many hairs and visible dirt. That’s too dirty for me. Pillows were trash, I needed 3 to equal one standard pillow. Bottom floor has a lot of upstairs noise. Footsteps woke me even though sleep meds. Overall it’s a no for me and my standards are mid- mid low. If ur drunk it might be ok. Hot tub was empty. Front desk lady was the best thing about this hotel. I don’t even make coffee in the room as I usually would because it looked sketchy.

The hotel was in a convenient location with easy access. The room was clean with everything in good working order. The hotel was quiet and there was no minimal freeway noise. The AC worked well and was not obtrusive. The bed was not good. I woke up with hip and back pain in the mornings. The continental breakfast was lacking even for a continental breakfast. No selection of bread, cereal or fruit. What was there was of poor quality. Even the coffee had no flavor. I'm usually tolerant in situations like this, but I disliked the breakfast so much that I skipped it the second (last) morning of my stay.

We made reservations cause we had to travel here for a volleyball tournament and once we walked into the lobby to check in there was a smell not sure what it was but it was not pleasant. So I kinda brushed it off when we got to our room didnt have the smell and everything looked ok till I seen roaches. To me when roaches are around that indicates that the place is not properly being cleaned. That's why its attracting roaches. This is the first and only time we stay there and definitely not recommending it to anyone.
