We stayed here while visiting my son in town. It was a typical hotel stay for these times. There was no room services until after the 3rd day, so after check-in we never saw another employee. We did not eat breakfast there so we can't speak to that. The room was comfortable enough. I would suggest putting railings in the bathtub for those of us getting older and more prone to slipping. Our room was quiet and we both slept in without disturbances.

Mold/mildew around bathtub, coffee pod holder didn’t fit coffeemaker, towels and coffee not provided each day unless specially requested, no maid service even when requested because I didn’t request FULL maid service, musty smelling room

Came into a musty smelling room. In our bathroom sink was still dirty like someone had spit it in and wasn't cleaned. Bathtub noted to be rusty with small holes around it, super creepy and disgusting. Big water roach came out and scared my kids. Not impressed. Breakfast was medicocare, was expecting a little bit more for the price that I was charged, definitely not worth it.

Staff is always welcoming

Not bad for a quick stop. Convenient location. Hotel was a bit hot.

Absolutely disgusting place to stay. The rooms were stinky and dirty. Dead bugs in the hallways. The beds were hard and concrete. They folded the pillows and tucked the pillow cases in so they would hold some kind of shape. DO NOT STAY HERE!

We were given a room with a toilet that would not flush. When we reported the issue, we were told we could have a plunger (gross), but no one was able to fix the toilet until the next day. The hotel had no available rooms to move us to, and because we arrived late and nearby hotels could not accommodate our family, we had no choice but to stay. Throughout the night, we had to take our children to the lobby restroom whenever they needed to use the bathroom. The room was also extremely humid, and the air conditioning did not work properly. The front desk staff working that night seemed unconcerned and stated that all they could do was leave a message for the manager, who was unavailable by phone. The breakfast was disappointing, and we checked out first thing in the morning. We even paid for an early check-in at another hotel just so our family could shower and be comfortable. The only positive part of our stay was Katy, who worked in the morning. She was kind, professional, and the only staff member who seemed to care about our experience. I would not recommend staying here if you expect basic comfort, functioning facilities, or responsive customer service

Check in was at 3 we arrived a couple of hours early and was told there was a 25$ check in fee. The soap ended up breaking my skin out in a really bad rash which is weird fause im not allergic to any soap. The hair dryer didnt work and we had to bring a fan in the room because the ac was sub par. Overall was not impressed with this establishment

Great for a 1 night stay, pillows weren’t good lump and small. The staff were good and welcoming. For the price and service it’s a good deal. But could use some upgrades

Found hair in the bed sheets before I even laid on it and didn’t have big towels in the bathroom, only had the small towels. Also saw a roach in the bathroom.

Very clean inside the hotel; give some attention to the exterior (bottles, cans, trash). This is a solid 8+ rated hotel in a very safe and convenient location. We stayed here because we were exploring both Austin and San Antonio; loved the location and food options nearby.

I believe the young lady's name was Katy. She was very nice and helpful. Really worked toward me having a enjoyable stay.

This property is lacking major upgrades. It is very sketchy and it genuinely looks scary when you walk in. The room we were in was very outdated. The roomed smelled and it was humid in there. The paint was chipped on the walls, the curtains were dirty and wouldn’t close all the way, the towels provided had stains and even some makeup on there. The restrooms don’t have the built in toiletries like other hotels, yes you should bring your own toiletries just in case, but still. The pillows where horrible!!! Some of them weren’t even actually pillows, it was bed sheets stuff into a pillow case. I didn’t necessarily feel safe at this hotel, there was always a random person walking in the hallway. We didn’t know if they were staff or not because not a single person that works there wears a uniform. The front desk worker was literally on FaceTime when we checked in and checked out. Breakfast was pittyful. In general I would never ever stay at this hotel ever again and I recommend no one else does. Pay those extra $50 and stay at a nice hotel. You will not get your moneys worth here.

Room was very musty smelling, sheets had stains, no light fixture in bathroom and the glass in the window was badly broken.
