Front desk staff was extremely rude at check in.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this location. Unfortunately the Hilton computer system was down when we checked in. Staff had to manually check us in then let us in and out of our room as they couldn’t create room cards. King bed comfortable but bathroom needs some attention. Shower grout appears to be pink with mold. There was no vent in the bathroom so it stayed humid, The door had to be propped open to air out the bathroom, towels are kept in the shower and got wet from the water spray. Elevators were filthy. The air in the hotel smelled a bit old and stagnant. It just wasn’t what I felt like as a Hilton quality property.

Great place to stay!!! The room stayed cold and the bed was very comfortable. Super clean and we played board games in the lobby and got some drinks at the bar, very yummy.

Breakfast was expensive but good. The ac was excellent. The front desk was very helpful.

Shower/bath needs maintenance. Seams cracking with mold and mildew visible. Very loud. Other patrons running halls after quiet hours. Carpet was ready to be replaced.

The hallway AC on floor 200 did not work at all. The ice machine on my floor 200 did not work. My bathroom shower door did not close all the way so water was everywhere
