I have severe Celiac Disease and the staff in the little Cafe when super accommodating to make sure I could eat safely. Front desk staff was also very helpful. We bought a 44ft motor coach and they let us keep it in the parking lot overnight. That was very helpful to us. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Pppl was also nicely maintained

Beautiful property. Very clean. Staff great. Shout out to Annie the breakfast waitress. Pool was great. The entrance off the highway- sharp turn to the parking lot.

The hotel was convenient to everything we wanted to do. Our room was ok. We had a shower issue, and it became a big deal and extremely inconvenient. The bathroom feels old and held together with calk. The corners and baseboards were dirty. It was expensive when we first booked the hotel and much cheaper when we had to add a night. That is really irritating.

Bed sheets had weird stains that look like bodily fluid type stains. Pool was dirty. The breakfast was not free even though it was advertised as such and the bacon was expired. The exhaust fan didn't work. Bed was hard. Way over priced. Never again.

Check in was quick, and easy. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Bedding was cool and comfortable. Ideally close to Whitewater Amphitheater and Gruene.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They are the best part of this location. Unfortunately the Hilton computer system was down when we checked in. Staff had to manually check us in then let us in and out of our room as they couldn’t create room cards. King bed comfortable but bathroom needs some attention. Shower grout appears to be pink with mold. There was no vent in the bathroom so it stayed humid, The door had to be propped open to air out the bathroom, towels are kept in the shower and got wet from the water spray. Elevators were filthy. The air in the hotel smelled a bit old and stagnant. It just wasn’t what I felt like as a Hilton quality property.
