The staff was very nice to my dog and me. Clean common areas and room. There were a lot of air fresheners, though, which gave me a headache, but overall it was a very nice stay.

The room was perfectly fine. I would prefer to have soap available close to the sink - not in a container on the wall. No major problems... I thought the price was a bit high for equivalent lodging - I would stay again only if there was a 'special' -

Imagine checking into a place without a cover to block the rain you just drove through for hours. Imagine you walk past smokers at the door and a drunk leaning over his truck for two nights. He didn’t notice the rain. Imagine entering the lobby to the smell of Indian curry and turmeric from the desk man’s dinner. Imagine entering a room where the AC vibrated and rattled all night. For two days outside our room sat 3 trash cans. The best part was they were cleaned and lined. Why were they there for 2 days? Because no one cares about a quality hotel experience. There was free coffee in the lobby but any food was charged by the item. It is a plastic hotel with terrible smells and sounds and never worth the small savings. I’m thrilled to leave a review to spare other people who have any sense of reasonable quality. Unless you are looking for a shower from your river rafting, which I’m glad this place offers a minimal experience for that, go elsewhere.

Nice room, close to I-35 but had to do U turns when doing business in town to get back to motel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Refrigerator in room was noisy but otherwise mostly quiet.

Broken bathroom door handle. Smelled a bit weird.

We were put in the room right next to the front desk and laundry room. They had construction workers tearing down and replacing the front desk until well past 10pm. I understand the need for updates. I just would have expected to be put in a different room knowing the work that was about to begin literally hours after we checked in.
