Everything was great,but the room just felt so hot, we were also on the 3rd floor. Even the a/c was at 65.very hard to sleep.not sure if the a/c was working properly.

I was not pleased that the hallway and the room smelled like mold. The A/C did not cool the room off. I was disappointed that rate was $250/ night. I was expecting a little more. I was thankful for the breakfast although the apple I cut open had a two-inch brown spot. The eggs were made from powder. I enjoyed the coffee and the late check out. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but they didn't offer a solution for my complaints. This place will be avoided at $600/ 2 nights.

Absolutely worst experience I’ve had here we stayed here two years ago and it was wonderful, this time was not there was no shower curtain in our bathroom the elevator was down and room was just run down. We will not be back also the front desk guy had zero customer service skills

The stay was fine with a great location and breakfast included. It is just a little weathered and could use a refresh in many areas. The one thing is that it is pet friendly, which is good for many people, but the dogs were very vocal during our stay and they were easily heard in the room.

Breakfast was not good at all on any days. Pool was dirty and hot tub of course did not work. Air conditioner in the room leaked water and no vent in the bathrooms.
