Good value. Confortable The entrance to the hotel was not well planned. Also the view from our room was a dilapidated motel.

Helpful staff, clean place, hearty breakfast. i was disappointed that the use of the meeting room was expensive, so i opted for another place. in general, a very good deal.

It was close to everything we needed It is a little tricky to get into the parking lot.

Very nice property, pleasant staff. We really enjoyed the breakfast, very tasty. I would recommend this property.

Cleanliness

The water pressure in the shower was very nice. The lady at the desk when we checked out was very friendly. Parking was nice and location worked perfect for our trip. Overall the place was bit run down. The view from our room was the nasty hotel next door immediately outside our window. There was mold in the bathroom and some on the ceiling in the room. The water pressure in the sink was so low that it ran all over the counter if we put our hands under it. The room was so hot and humid when we entered and took forever to cool down. My sheets and pillows were not nice. I went to get a tissue and there was one in the box and no other boxes. The gentleman that check us in wasn't rude but he wasn't nice either.

The property was nice but the rooms could have been cooler. Was warm the entire stay no matter how far we knocked the AC down.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was great. The daily housekeeping kept us well supplied with clean linens and towels . Much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were there for four nights and enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast had bugs in the cereal and toasters didnt work. Ice machines were used up or broken and only one with ice was on floor 3. Hotel felt older and not as renovated.

It was clean and quiet

We had a one night trip to the area and needed a pet friendly place to stay. This location was perfect. The staff were very nice and professional during all interactions. The room was clean, and the bed was actually comfortable. Most hotels we stay at the mattresses are to hard and I do not sleep well. This one was great. The pool area was well maintained and easily located. Breakfast had lots of options. We brought out dog and had no issues. There is a easy to access pet area that was very near our room. They even provide bags for picking up after your dog.

Great experience. Didn’t care too much for the powdered scrambled eggs but the waffles were delicious. Staff was wonderful. Will definitely stay there again if I am ever back in New Braunsfels.
