Travelodge by Wyndham New Braunfels

Very pleasant. AC is cold!

I like that there was a pull out couch for kids to sleep in.

At first glance from the outside it looks a bit scary. However inside the room it was a different story, very clean, had all the needed stuff. Just the fridge didn’t keep our stuff cold enough. It was an ok, not really cold like a normal fridge.

Clean, comfortable, strong WIFI, good shower pressure. I stay here at least one night weekly. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Only thing don’t like about motels is that to go to breakfast included, you need to walk outside to get to the office/restaurant. It’s not like a hotel that you take elevator or walk inside the hotel.

The room looked adequate for a low level hotel in the add. It was presentable but looked like it had cheap landlord fixes everywhere. Upon arrival we noticed the air conditioner leaking heavily and the carpet was soaked. We mentioned it to the staff and all they did was offer us an ice bucket to catch the water. The bucket did not fit under the unit to so ended up using a personal receptical that had to be emptied every 2 hours because it was full. Later on we found a dead cockroach on the floor. We were disgusted but again staff said all the rooms were full and no form of compensation was provided. Will not ever stay there again.

Overall it was a nice stay they really cleaned up around there will stay there again

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They only had cereal and coffee for breakfast.

Buffet breakfast? Nope. Just cereal and coffee. Other than that, it’s exactly what you’d expect from a bottom rung budget motel - a near adequate place to park, sleep, and shower.

Back door was locked couldn’t use patio

Carpet was gross felt sticky, the chair was dirty, room needed some repairs, wont be staying there again

The employees are wonderful that do have a small pool and a barbecue pit with the picnic table. You can cook and relax with your family and my husband love staying here. There is a buffet place right across the street a cute little Mexican restaurant across the street two gas stations, one in each corner in the 24 hour P Terry’s

They got cereal and coffee at the hotel for early morning. There’s a cute Mexican restaurant right across street at the corner. Also, you have golden corral. You got codes for shopping among other stores and two gas stations one at each light a 24 hour P Terry’s same parking lot as the hotel.

Sam is the best. He is so kind. Across the street you have a really great Mexican restaurant and a buffet place plus shopping at your convenience

Gave me 3 different rooms to start off with them when i finally got my room it was super dirty and big infested ! And I could not get a refund . There was also very shady people that look like they gone still the tires of your car ! I ended up not staying there .
