Studio 6 New Braunfels, TX

Arriving to the property at night the front and the side buildings were fully lit with lights. however, they told us that our room was in the back of the side building. When we got there it was dark. There were no lights on the building and no porch lights working. Upon entering our room we noticed that we did not receive the correct room we booked when I went to talk to the front desk they looked up my confirmation and said there was nothing they could do. When I asked why they couldn’t make any accommodations the lady at the front said they were sold out of the room I booked for. She did not apologize or offer any resolution. After going back to our room to analyze, we noticed there was brown stuff on the walls on the bathroom, and the shower rod was barely hanging onto the sheet rock, causing the shower curtain to dip down and only be able to sit in the middle of the rod and when showering water seeped out all over the floor. The rest of the room itself wasn’t too bad but the other issue I had was being on the first floor. You can hear everything upstairs from banging, stomping, moving the furniture and also the front doors are metal so you can hear when they open and close. So this means you can hear everything at all hours of the night. This is also a pet friendly motel, unfortunately people do not pick up after their pets, and all of the rest areas were full of dog feces. This was a waste of money and I wish I had booked the insurance to get some of my money back

Staff was helpful in getting a remote that was missing from the room. That was about it. The room had roaches in various sizes throughout the kitchen cabinets and bathroom.

We stayed for one night, the room had several roaches. I shouldn’t look up & see a roach crawling across the ceiling. I was taking a shower and the shower head fell off and hit me in the forehead. I tried to call the office but the phone was missing several buttons so I couldn’t even call. This was the worst stay I’ve ever had.

We loved the unit, it was totally self contained, and cute. Older, but still useful

The place smelled. I saw a roach within 2 minutes of being there. It was not pleasant and I won’t be returning. Don’t stay here.

The room was clean had pretty good size room with king size bed. Had good size of frig with small kitchen sink and stove with microwave.

Had to check in at adjacent hotel. Broken elevator. Nothing in the kitchenette (pots/pans, toaster, plates, cutlery, etc)

Dirty, very nasty , I ask for a refund told me No ! Didn't feel safe at all ! The manager didnt refund Misha or Nisha

We had a wonderful day. The staff was very nice. Also liked how they had the indoor pool.

Nothing. Dirty room ! Dirty bed sheets. Disgusting place. We couldn’t stay in the room with how dirty and stinky it was. Roaches were in the room. We asked for a refund they would not refund us. Had the audacity to lie and say we stayed in the room for 25 minutes. There were homeless people outside smoking. We unloaded our car took us at least 7 minutes. Then to figure out how to open their door. The whole building stinked and I told them I was pregnant and that I didn’t feel safe to stay there and they still didn’t care. Had to go to another hotel. Do not stay there if you don’t want to get sick.

Some of the staff was rude. We were given a DNR for dog hair....Dog hair. The room was filled with cockroaches and when we got to the room it wasnt cleaned.
