The studio portion Couldnt get a downstsirs room

Nothing really We had to check in at another property. Get to our room bed roach ?underneath the table. About 10;30 the people next door was having party very loud talking and slamming the door several times. Then about midnight the people above us partying load music and could hear them walking til about 2:30 needless to say didn’t get any sleep ?

Welcoming to pets, yes, however, I was viciously attacked by a "resident" cat, requiring medical treatment. Management showed a little concern, but did zero follow-up. Housekeeping stole my swimming suit, and the front desk swindled us out of a $100 pet deposit, too.

Pros: Plenty of hot water, and water pressure, kitchen well stocked, rooms are very clean, bed is great. This stay was a working stay and not a vacation. The property also had a large lot to walk my dog. Coffee in lobby is great, and a lady named Pat was very accomodating. Cons: rooms could use some updating, but honestly, it was very comfortable.

Very bad experience in this hotel, they only cleaned the room once in two weeks, they didn’t give clean towels, they were expecting for us to take out the trash and at check out they didn’t give back the $75 deposit supposedly beacuse the room was dirty but they didn’t come to clean it, never going back to this hotel

Air conditioner and tv didn’t work ! I had to leave and find another motel I need a full refund

The room had roaches, stained smelly towels, the room itself smelled horrible, AC didnt work well, there was people doing drugs outside of the building as we were walking up with our 3 children. Other people were smoking right by the doors, you could smell marijuana and overall the safety was a concern.

Bed did not have clean sheets. They were stained and had pubic hairs. It was gross. The guy at the front desk was rude and did not apologize. He said he was not responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms and we would have to talk to the manager who he refused to contact. He also refused to give us a refund, again he said it was not his job. We left and did not spend the night there.

AC was cold The whole room smelled the walls were dirty. The sheets were dirty, and there was a whole bunch of animal hair, and the lady upfront was very rude.

Disgusting room, management was absolutely terrible and no one can answer their phone so I wasn’t able to get a refund even when we left a day earlier because of how gross it was.
