Super 8 by Wyndham New Braunfels I-35

Ac worked great, room was clean, bed is so-so, not bad but not super comfy. Disnt eat breakfast on site so can’t speak on that. For a one night stay it wasn’t bad

There was roaches in room and dog hair . They do not clean just make beds the floor was filthy nothing was wiped or dusted . Bathroom was real gross . Ac vent had mold . Front desk took forever to attend us there was a sign and left us there for 30 minutes when we arrived late at night tired. I tired using there guest bathroom by lobby trash filled to the top , toilet real dirty. Outside trash filled to the top. When we left my van was full of ants from there property they had that do not maintain. This was the worst hotel and I will never come back . I do not recommend at all . Waist of money and time . You can tell they don’t care about the customers . Never again don’t go there .

The breakfast can be better

This was, by far, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room was extremely dirty upon arrival. It appeared that the bathroom had not been properly cleaned, and both the floors and toilet were visibly unclean. In addition to the cleanliness issues, the customer service was very disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and had an unprofessional attitude when concerns were brought to their attention. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations for cleanliness or service. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Great place to lay your head. You get what you pay for.

Room was not very clean. No towels in room. Only hand towels and wash cloths. Door didn’t close good, looked as if it had been kicked in and never repaired.

Once you walked into the room you could smell the mildew. The restroom you could see the mold.

Nothing. They did not have a room for me and additionally they wanted to charge an extra $50 for a pet. I had requested 1st floor - they didn’t have it. Could have had the room I asked for and not want $50 for having a pet with me.

Very convenient

Basic no frills room. Clean, well maintained. Basic TV package, no premium channels. Plenty of hot water in the shower/bath. This was a great value for an overnight place to stay, especially if you don't intend to spend much time in the room. "Breakfast" doesn't really qualify as such. Consisted of pre-packaged pastries, cold cereal and milk, coffee (out, had to request a rebrew) and orange juice (starting to ferment). Absolutely no extras in the room. If you need more than one bar of soap, bring your own. Don't expect shampoo, lotion, the usual hotel amenities. Not even an ice bucket.

Not enough to talk about. They charged me $25/nt extra for checking in with a pet AND advance notice for a total of 4 nts. The Tea Cup Yorkie was only there for the first night as our arrival was late in the night. The other 3 entire days, our pet stayed with family. The morning I checked out (04/26/'26), I explained this and they didn't care. The young girl that I spoke with told me that the charge couldn't be changed!?! The pool was locked the whole time too. Other than that, and homeless transients hanging around the parking lots, the experience was not impressive and to be gracious I rate it a mediocre "Crash Pad".

Dirty I was greeted by 2 homeless people wandering the parking lot. My door was outside the facility and had obviously been broken into before. There were people living there. Pictures and accommodations were misrepresented. I ended up leaving within 30 minutes of checking in.

The bathroom spraced.

Did not even make the beds. Just an old worn out place. Left a day early was so unhappy.

Convenient location, clean quiet room, and responsive staff. Only wish they had told me about the breakfast which I missed entirely.

The breakfast was really bad. Not much of a selection, the muffins were not edible, the coffee was so so. Didn't bother with it the second day. I wish they had regular cable, The selection on the TV was very limited.

Nothing unfortunately Loud people above, loud music, then people yelling and screaming at each other having an argument. Got absolutely no sleep from midnight to 5 am to which we just got ready and left. Pretty much just gave my money away. Will never stay at these hotels again.

Overall it was great for the price, the room could have been a little cleaner and it had a weird unpleasant smell. Other than that the staff was nice and I had no issues
