Super 8 by Wyndham New Braunfels I-35

The mattress could be upgraded. Looks like the hotel has been remodeled but mattresses were not.

You get what you paid for and for the price it wasn't too bad. We needed a safe place, with air conditioning to stay for a night. The basic needs were met, bed sheets had stains and some mildew was found in the bathtub but it worked. The staff allowed us to check-in early and they were quick to help with any issues we had.

The staff was very helpful. Very nice! Very respectful! Made the place feel homy.

Clean and the air condition was working well. It said breakfast on the site, but all they had was little Debbie's, toast no peanutbutter nor jelly, and stale cereal. The juice didn't taste good. They had yogurt and fruit, but it ran out like about 7:30, and no one restocked any of it. We were there waiting for a bit to see if they would replenish the pastries or yogurt but nope.

I was very surprised how perfectly clean our room and the breakfast area was kept. Above my expectations for a super 8. The staff was friendly. The staff cleaning was pleasant when giving us a few extra towels. I only wish the free breakfast had waffles, but I understand it's a super 8 affordable hotel and waffles can be messy to clean up.

honestly the closeness to everything in new braunfels was only thing this place was horrible! spiders in rooms! no toilet paper! no bedding for two nights!!! staff was very poorly trained! and very lazy! except the laundry staff! rooms filthy bodily looking fluids on roof and walls! and so much more!

The room was clean and comfortable.The staff was very polite. The breakfast was little debbies and cereal.It stormed that night.When I went to look outside I stepped in a puddle on the floor.My socks were soaked.I put towels down to dried the floor.The window seal was soaking wet.Left towels on it all night.Told staff the next day.

Not to bad Of a stay. Pool needs attention

Was a good location and a lot restaurants around the area Well the bath tube was the only problem water stuck we took a shower a night before and was full of water thinking by the morning probably will be gone but the water still there I don’t know if something was plugged or what

Staff was friendly We had dead (thankfully dead) bugs in the room and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed ever.

It is convenient location We saw roaches and the light switch in the bathroom was not working and the breakfast was to plain we had to go to IHOP to eat

Location Old, dated and in disrepair.

The bathroom was filthy, I went and bought shower shoes for the shower. Also it seems like someone before me had thrown up and custodial didn't clean it all the way up. Also the breakfast was not worth a darn.

I did not like the room The rooms had Mold. the beds were hard. We could feel the coils

Nothing !!! As soon as I arrived, the room was horribly dirty! They refused to give me a refund because I booked online on Booking.com. As soon as I walked in the room, I got discussed it so I decided to stay somewhere else. Also, it is a bad location !

The AC was cold & the bed was clean. Was close to pur destination spot. Breakfast was cereal, a couple of apples and oranges,l and dry toast. Coffee and Juice were really watered down. A gallon of milk was in the fridge for cereal and coffee. Mold was on the ceiling of the restroom. The shower rod and towel rack were hanging down, looked like someone feel in the slippery tub. DND sign was ignored and they went into the room anyway with all our items out and undergarments on the floor. .

Crowded front desk area. Slow computer. Toilet seat was loose and missing a bolt on the side. Room smelled unpleasant. Smelled like cigarettes.

Bed comfortable Each night our key was deactivated and we had to go to front desk. No elevator, had to carry your belongings upstairs. Breakfast was horrible.
