Fairfield Inn & Suites Wilmington New Castle

We had a king suite with pull out bed. I asked if there were sheets on it when checking in, the girl at the desk said “should be”. When getting in the room there were no sheets for the pull out, only a thin blanket and 1 pillow. We asked for sheets and extra blankets and were given only sheets no blankets. We were told the entire hotel had n extra blankets!

Room was not cleaned and they had no other rooms, so I had to go to a different hotel for the night. Woman at the desk tried her best.

The staff was very nice and pleasant very friendly and polite and helpful met our request and they were very efficient in helping me. Thank you for an enjoyable visit.

Pool out of service. Breakfast subpar. Room was HOT as A/C didn't go below 70.

Hotel was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and friendly. There’s an excellent restaurant connected to the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about getting back out in traffic to find something to eat. The food was absolutely delicious!! Breakfast is NOT included, unless you belong to “the breakfast club”, and it was so-so. You’re probably better off ordering from the menu, or going out to find something less expensive. The Buffet wasn’t all that. Very limited choices.

We stayed for one night. The hotel was easy to find. The staff was helpful and friendly. I only wished that the roll away cot was available but it wasn’t because of the size of the room. We did make it work since there was 5 of us. The continental breakfast was cold even though it was on the warmer container.

The worst is that there was sewage coming from the sink and tub, Disgusting. I would never stay there again, oh and little black bugs flying around the room too

We had an event right up the road at the Chase Fieldhouse, so this was conveniently located. It was fine as a place to lay your head after a long day. Staff was not particularly friendly (except for the morning desk person, she was great!). Not unfriendly, just ambivalent. Room was clean - no trashcan in the bathroom. The QR code to tip the cleaning staff didn't work (kept saying no staff at this location). Phone didn't seem to work. If you have something nearby and need a reasonably priced place to spend the night, this is as good as any.

unclean. cockroaches. couldn't stay in 1st room because reeked of cigarettes. moved to a 2nd room that had 2 queens instead of a king and had to not stay the 2nd night because it was so dingy.

Super friendly staff. They were very accommodating. The rooms was quite comfortable and quiet. We appreciated the walk in shower. Would stay here again!

The pool water was cloudy it burned my kids eyes They barley had anything towels to provide for you during ur stay so over I rate this hotel and 35/100
