The pool water was cloudy it burned my kids eyes They barley had anything towels to provide for you during ur stay so over I rate this hotel and 35/100

The staff was very helpful with the things that they could control. However the breakfast options were very limited as my family does not eat pork or beef . The kitchen staff did not seem very friendly when asked about turkey options although eventually we did get some turkey sausage with a side of attitude. The biggest disappointment was the pool which was freezing cold and it appears there must have been some sort of blockage causing puddles of water all around the pool. As a frequent traveler, I always try to choose hotels with indoor pools for my grandchildren, and the fact that they were unable to enjoy the pool put a real damper on our mini vacation.

Room was nice and clean and cool. Hallways and elevators were not. I guess they didn’t have ac in those areas.

We stayed at the hotel because we were attending a milestone birthday party. The hotel was very clean and the staff was great. We will definitely stay at this hotel again if the need arises.

The facility is okay but the location is not in a particularly nice location. I was there during an early July heatwave and the AC was not working in the hallways on the upper floors... no big deal because the lobby and room AC was working but should have been addressed. The continental breakfast was meh.

Breakfast was simple but adequate and the location is convenient

Room was in front of building which looked out onto the parking lot. This was fine except the curtains were only sheers which left the room feeling exposed and allowed ALL the lights from the sign and parking lot to light up the room like a carnival.

My husband and I have no complaints The manager and all the employees were great the breakfast was nice and the lady in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful she also had everything clean and neat the hotel was very clean also I would recommend it to everyone. It is also so nice to see a hotel that puts there customers first...keep your loved animals at home.

Wall thermostat did not maintain the room temperature it was set at.

Mostly everything. The staff was the best. Over the top to make everything was good. I'd highly recommend staying at this hotel.
