    Light in bathroom not working. Had to speak to staff through glass, sometimes difficult to understand. Sign at front dest showing Wi-Fi password was difficult to read. Hand written. I took photo of it to my room and still had to go back to the desk for assistance.

    This was the worst hotel my husband and I ever stayed at. The bathtub was in very bad condition. You could not take a bath in the bathtub. There 3 large rust spot in the tub. The tub drain was worn out, so we could only take showers. The carpet was very old in the bedroom. This was the first time my husband and I ever stay at a Red Roof Inn, and it will be our last time.

    Went to check in and they wanted to charge me more than what I was quoted and informed me I went through a third party so I have to take the situation up with the third party. I contacted the third party and they contacted the front desk of the hotel, the young lady lied to the people on the phone about our interaction with each other. The pool was under maintenance which wasn’t stated on the website or the third party site and I specifically picked a hotel that had a pool. The act like they could not give me more towels and washcloths. Then it’s one hotel with 2 different names and they charge different prices depending on what name you book under. I will never stay at this hotel again.

    Was dirty, the entire hotel reeked of marijuana, there were people yelling in the hallways late at night consistently and nothing was done, and we had no hot water the first day so we were unable to shower. The conditions were so terrible that we left an entire day early because we couldn’t stay there another night.

    Old and uncared for (toilet seat so old the paint was rubbed off). One (1) luggage cart for the entire facility. No amenities . No breakfast at all...but can't even supply a cup of coffee.

    Odd-numbered rooms face away from the highway, but the view can hardly be called aesthetic. Even-numbered rooms face a busy highway—noisy both day and night. There are no shops or cafes nearby where you could grab even a bite to eat. The Wi-Fi is very mediocre.

    Front office person who checked us in was very good. Hallway smelled of marijuana smoke - in a supposedly no smoking allowed facility. Bathroom in our room had a towel rack off the wall on the floor; there were five holes in the wall where either maintenance or previous guests had tried to replace it. When I reported this to front desk, the staff person immediately put a call in to maintenance. Maintenance did not show up. Electrical socket near bed was missing the covering plate. Guests next door were yelling at high volume - so much so that the front desk called the police to handle the situation. Even though there was a no cancellation on day of arrival policy, we finally packed and left the premises (losing approximately $100 for the room). Quite disappointing situation considering the decent ratings for this spot on Booking.com

    When I visit they always place me to the back of the hotel, there no friendly I think there a bit racist !!! I misplace my key I Went to front desk for an new key they told me I need to pay 15$ for replacement of the key I told the front desk I don’t have 15$ for a key replacement he stated he can open my room door he don’t even ask for my ID I just given him my room number and he went and open my door!!!! This is my second and last time I will ever stay there is horrible!!!! I won’t be returning to them!!!

    Not recommended. Rooms are in terrible shape, holes on closet doors, no lamp shades, stained bedding, bathroom lighting not working, and missing microwave. Hallways smelled damp and smokey. Brought it to the front desk attention, and they simply did not care. Asked for someone to come and fix light in bathroom and was told that no one had complained about it before, and it was too late for someone to come out. Yes that was their answer.
