Property was just okay. The people working were disinterested and not at all friendly.

They only come clean room once a week as it states on the website but I haven’t had a single person come into my room I have had to ask for everything I need The state there is a pool but it is closed no signs of it being open

Center entrance. Good parking. Polite staff. Easy checking clean room.

Staff was very helpful and hospitable. Ample parking space available. The rotating disc of oven in my room was not working which caused problems while heating anything.

We paid $135 for one night, after fees and taxes…$149. Way overpriced.! There were two, small 12x12 couch-sized throw pillows on the king size bed. We asked for more pillows and were told there were none available. The pillows were so flat that we had to use our used, wet bath towels to put under the pillows to raise them enough to sleep. The bed mattress was brown and stained with holes in it. There was one 2 inch size bar soap in the whole room for two people. There were two 2-inch packets of shampoo. No conditioner. The refrigerator handle was broken and hanging. Two microwaves in the room. Both broken. The room was probably worth $50 and that’s a stretch.

NOT A DAMN THING Gang of people hanging out on the corner for hours, violence happening within multiple people at different times and staff not doing anything about it, man or a woman walking around in a bra in front of children indecently asking people for cigarettes walking up the the car at 1am just standing there staring at you until you answer. Rocks on the ground all over where multiple people have tripped and fallen and the office has done nothing. One of the windows are broken in the back from the rocks from children causing this damage and the property not doing anything about it.

Disappointed

The staff are very disrespectful. Housekeeping is sleeping with housekeeping. I was here for 3 days with no electric. My refrigerator went bad. My insulin is not good. The lady in the office was getting smart with me cuz I asked who was going to replace my medicine. She going to say you act like you can die from it b**** I can. I am diabetic and without my insulin I will end up in the hospital. I've been calling up there for 2 days to ask where I'm going to get my money back or when I'm going to be reimbursed a little bit. I've been here 3 days with no electric me and my kids and then the 4th the third day it was the firefighters in here because of the gas and I've been having headaches since. The place is a non-smoking place and it smells like cigarette mothballs and stinking coochie in the office hallways
