Center entrance. Good parking. Polite staff. Easy checking clean room.

We paid $135 for one night, after fees and taxes…$149. Way overpriced.! There were two, small 12x12 couch-sized throw pillows on the king size bed. We asked for more pillows and were told there were none available. The pillows were so flat that we had to use our used, wet bath towels to put under the pillows to raise them enough to sleep. The bed mattress was brown and stained with holes in it. There was one 2 inch size bar soap in the whole room for two people. There were two 2-inch packets of shampoo. No conditioner. The refrigerator handle was broken and hanging. Two microwaves in the room. Both broken. The room was probably worth $50 and that’s a stretch.

Nothing The staff are very disrespectful. Housekeeping is sleeping with housekeeping. I was here for 3 days with no electric. My refrigerator went bad. My insulin is not good. The lady in the office was getting smart with me cuz I asked who was going to replace my medicine. She going to say you act like you can die from it b**** I can. I am diabetic and without my insulin I will end up in the hospital. I've been calling up there for 2 days to ask where I'm going to get my money back or when I'm going to be reimbursed a little bit. I've been here 3 days with no electric me and my kids and then the 4th the third day it was the firefighters in here because of the gas and I've been having headaches since. The place is a non-smoking place and it smells like cigarette mothballs and stinking coochie in the office hallways

No pool. No burner in kitchenette and have to fight with them for my deposit back even when there is zero damage

This place was dirty! The bed sheets in 2 rooms we went into were dirty. There was lipstick on a pillow case. It appears they do not wash the sheets. My wife and I left and went to another hotel. I wouldn’t let a farm animal stay here.

Do not stay here. The property is unsafe. There are groups of people hanging around smoking and staring down guests. There are children running around late at night with no supervision. And the staff/management is inattentive and then disrespectful when you finally are able to contact them. We felt so unsafe that we checked out after 4 hours / when it got dark outside.

Clean room, friendly and understanding staff, and spacious enviroment for convinent prices.

Towels and bedding were dirty - dog poop ALL over the sidewalk ( tons)

Nothing. The property had a bad smell and a lot of drug users around hanging out. The sheets had stains and people kept knocking on my door throughout the night so I didn’t sleep well at all. I was worried someone would do something to my car or try to do something to me if I went outside of my room. I will never stay there again.

One live cockroach in the bathroom, dusty furniture surfaces, poor maintenance, stain bedding, carpet was not vacuumed, there was a snowstorm that started during the night and premises grounds were not cleaned.
