We enjoyed our overnight stay. Convenient location!

A couple of issues which I brought to the attention of the front desk. The first was I thought I had reserved a room with two beds and a couch - the bed was double (I think) and a double pull-out couch. When I questioned the front desk, they said it was a common misconception, which to me suggests (strongly) that they need to clarify exactly what the room is. Another misconception was I was told to present my AARP info at the hotel - the hotel told me because my reservation was 3rd party, I couldn't be given a discount. More serious - there appeared to be some kind of plumbing problem - the bathroom intermittently smelled awful. The handicapped-accessible shower caused the shower to pretty much flood the bathroom. Nobody took a shower after the first day and we're pretty clean people. Weird: the "blanket" was a mattress pad. How it was mistaken for a blanket is puzzling since it had corner elastics. Would we stay there again? Not sure...

It's my go to getaway spot.

Great stay at a great location for our planned activities

I didn’t have high expectations when booking this hotel. Every other 3 star and up hotel was booked for over 100 miles. Upon checking in, this hotel was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean and spacious. We would stay again.

The room was not clean! I have horrible allergies! The dust and the musty smell and the bathroom shower was disgusting! Breakfast closed at 9am the rugs were not vacuumed and I would not stay there again!

Clean and comfortable room. Convenient dining and bar.

Lodging off I-90 was all booked for the night. We found the Burrstone Inn off the highway a bit and it was perfect and well worth the short drive. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Other than some extra towels and wash cloths it was perfect. Breakfast was very good as well. We’ll be staying again!!

Room was dirty and smelled musty. Staff was not helpful. Free breakfast was gross. Would never recommend staying here.

Out refrigerator was unplugged because it made loud noises. Front desk told me to just leave it unplugged. One bathroom had the fan on max speed all day and night, while our other rooms bathroom fan did not funtion. When we requested housekeeping, nothing was cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the toilet when we moved in. Staff apologized constantly but did nothing to improve housekeeping. 3 times I had to get my own fresh towels from the front desk because housekeeping did not clean or restock our rooms. We left for 2 days, came back and the room stunk because they did not empty the trash. I called ahead to request conjoining rooms because we had children with us. Front desk put our 2 rooms on opposite ends of the hotel. Had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix, just to end up in dirty rooms.

One night stay, so not much to report. The check-in was fast and the staff friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was good.

The property is good, but it is in the middle of a large business park quite a bit off the beaten path. The check in was smooth, but the clerk was way too familiar with the sugar, honey, sweetie, love, etc. The breakfast was good with a lot to choose from. I would stay there again if I was in Utica.

The room is clean every time I stay there the staff is incredible and beyond helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed, appreciated and make you wanna come back again.

It was a hot day when we arrived, and the outdoor pool was packed with people. There wasn't an open poolside chair. It was obvious that they were allowing the general public access to the pool for a fee, especially when I saw an entire family exit their car wearing their bathing suits.
