Valentina at front desk was very helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The pool was well maintained.

We had to get to a sports event before 7, and the staff on duty opened up the breakfast for us a little early. Liked having a bedroom away from TV room Cost!

The room was very clean, beds comfortable, and the hvac worked thanks to Brendan! Pool was enjoyable too. This was our second stay at Towne Place Suites in New Hartford. We will continue to stay there for years to come as we have a student in a nearby college.

Great location for our Tunnel to Towers event, bike trail across the street, gas station a minute away, easy to get to. A not so good cleaning in the bathroom, paint on walls and ceiling showing good signs of water issues in room around the window and corner of room. $340 for a room because they are taking advantage of people in for events, probably a $225 max hotel room per night any other day.

A bit pricey, BUT BELIEVE ME SO WELL WORTH it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel, amenities, and staff. From now on, I’ll be staying at Marriott hotels.

We made a last minute reservation with the hotel. It turned out to be a great decision. The rooms were clean, breakfast good, and a nice pool. The surrounding area also had a couple nice places to shop. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed two nights and expected the room to be cleaned the morning after the first night. I inquired and was told they only clean rooms every other day.

Much better than I was expecting. Hotel was nice, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was a surprise, good food and decent variety. Overall, this one was a winner.

Second time staying here. It was busy which made breakfast crowded but there was always plenty of everything! Always clean, friendly, convenient.
