TownePlace Suites by Marriott New Hartford

A bit pricey, BUT BELIEVE ME SO WELL WORTH it. I have nothing but positive things to say about the hotel, amenities, and staff. From now on, I’ll be staying at Marriott hotels.

We made a last minute reservation with the hotel. It turned out to be a great decision. The rooms were clean, breakfast good, and a nice pool. The surrounding area also had a couple nice places to shop. Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are not cleaned daily. We stayed two nights and expected the room to be cleaned the morning after the first night. I inquired and was told they only clean rooms every other day.

Much better than I was expecting. Hotel was nice, clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was a surprise, good food and decent variety. Overall, this one was a winner.

Updated. Comfortable. Cute rooms Some of the carpet is starting to come up . Could have been a little cheaper.

Wonderful room and location. The breakfast was very nice and had a lot of variety.

Very quiet, could not hear noise from other rooms. Good location, near shops and restaurants.

Second time staying here. It was busy which made breakfast crowded but there was always plenty of everything! Always clean, friendly, convenient.

No blow dryer in the room and the doors slam so a little noisy

Easy access to Rome and Utica The 2 bedroom suite was perfect We didn’t use the kitchen but we were very impressed that it was a full kitchen with an oven and 4 burner stove! The toilet and tub room was awkward Pocket door would solve that issue

Staff were great, rooms were clean

Courteous staff, but usually not at the desk. Fortunately, Dia was there when we arrived or I wouldn’t know if we were in the right building.

Not very tidy, no towels for the pool ,wrappers on the floor and hallways

Nothing I had my reservations since March 2025. Came from Idaho. Got to the hotel at 1:30 hoping for an early check in. The one person working at the desk was in the phone and quickly told me they were completely booked and cant check in until 3:00. We waited to tell her that we had reservations. She said they overbooked and wee were on the list to move to another hotel in Rome. We chose that hotel because of the location for our event. Now we are 20 minutes farther from our event. Horrible! The worst part is that we NEVER received a phone call , email nothing to tell us before we drive there that the reservation we made in March was no good. Horrible customer service The poor lady at the desk was left to do the dirty job of telling people. Way to treat your customers and employees. Worst experience ever!!!
