Quality Inn & Suites New Hartford - Utica

Lots of people were partying and smashing doors during the night, not soundproof!!! Terrible night Great AC Breakfast was ok, I love the waffle Coffee is horrible Cleaning of the tables was made in front of me and she did not use any cleaning products, juste the same wet shrug used all over the place. Probably spreading more germs than cleaning Very big parking Quiet spot

Another issue was the extremely early lawn maintenance. The grass was being cut at 6:00 a.m., which made it impossible to sleep in. Waking guests up that early isn't something we'd expect from a hotel. The breakfast was pretty limited, but it wasn't terrible. There were enough basic options to get the day started, though we would have appreciated a little more variety. Overall, our stay was okay, but the inaccurate amenities listing and the early morning noise were disappointing enough that we would likely choose a different hotel next time.

Last min option and it was a great stay, clean and safe and close to big stores like Walmart/Target and lot of food places

Front desk staff both at check-in and check-out were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean. Outside was cared for by staff picking up trash. Staff did a great job overall with signing in guests.

Staff was amazing I couldn’t ask for a better more comfortable stay!!!

They stated I had booked two rooms when I only booked one; that I had to resolve the issue with Expedia.

I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the property was, and it appears to have been recently renovated. If I were passing through and needed a place to stay, I would not hesitate to stay there again. My only complaint if you want to call it that is that you were not within walking distance of any restaurants.

Upon arrival the front desk man was not welcoming, he was dismissive and pushy. I simply explained to him I had never experienced that and verbalized feeling he was coming off aggressive. I got my room key and just didn’t talk to any one there until check out. I was put in a room right next to the loud ice machine and so much random noises. The fridge in my room also barely worked and the microwave was dirty. I saw dog hair on the shower walls. And my tub looked very worn and permanent stained.

Breakfast is really bad. The vending machine is expensive. $5 for a water.
