Quality Inn & Suites New Hartford - Utica

Bathroom looks tiny.p not much room for Walker to maneuver area. The bed comfortable

It was very clean. It would have been nice if there was either extra toilet paper in the room or a full roll when arriving because the room had very little toilet paper but other than that it was good

This hotel is certainly showing its age. The people are trying to do the best they can and prices are reasonable compared to other hotels in Utica.

I like the location of Quality Inn & Suites New Hartford -Utica It has big parking lot and nice view It was a little inconvenience to stay here when there is no elevator since stayed with my toddlers and with 4 suitcases. And the hair dryer on the wall was not working during my stay. I came to front desk and request for someone to fix the hair dryer in my room, they said there was a seperated hair dryer behind the bathroom door, but there is nothing when I checked behind that door. Finally, front desk staff gave me a hair dryer.

Clean and quiet. The room area was small, and the breakfast was not vegan friendly.

good location, kind staff. Bathroom fixtures leaked, and the breakfast is a bit lack luster. But overall good value.

Premises could use some updating.

Facilities recently upgraged. Room perfect, bed great. Breakfast servicable. All in all great stay.

The staff Not the cleanest, at 630am people yelling in the hallway. Slamming doors.

Room is clean the staff is amazing there

The front desk personnel at checkout was friendly and incredibly helpful, which was a different experience than we experienced at the front desk the night before. There was an unpleasant odor in the room and the dispenser over the toilet was dirty. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. The towels were clean also.

I was pleased.

Nice size tv, had options on channels. soft pillows and mattress. Good breakfast Sheets were probably clean, but washed bad that still had some stuff on it.

I feel bad saying this as the people running the hotel seemed pleasant and hardworking.

It has rooms with beds. Hallways had an offensive smell and the lack of elevator was surprising. The rooms were minimally updated but that didn't cure the untidy feeling. There was also very limited water. We were woken up each morning by a van with no muffler outside the acoustically transparent walls before 6am. My mold reaction prevented breathing easily during my thankfully short stay. It doesn't meet the admittedly low Quality Inn standard. Please tear it down.
