This property was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. But more importantly, the staff was professional, welcoming, and very responsive to our questions and specific needs. This combination of staff and property resulted in an exceptional experience!

We’ve stayed here a couple of times. It’s always clean and the staff is great. This trip, the staff was especially helpful and nice. Dan at the check in for night shift was really very friendly. Each morning for breakfast, Chris was working. He is young but one can tell he likes his job, he keeps the area clean, well stocked and goes out of his way for customers. We will stay again….

Down graded it b/c the pool and hot tub were closed for maintenance. You would think a big travel weekend like Labor Day they would work around that (either start after or make sure it is finished before)

Staff were very helpful and professional. Location was great for trip from Niagara Falls to Boston. Room was really great with very comfortable bed. Unfortunately the pool was closed when we arrived - we were offered use of the neighbouring hotel pool, but it meant going outside. Breakfast was ok. Would definitely stay again if travelling that way.

Exceptional

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and had everything someone would need. The bed was very comfortable. I will definitely be back!

The room was clean and up to date. The heating and cooling was on point. The gym was also up to date and clean. The pool was clean, a bit colder than I would have enjoyed for an indoor pool. The real reason we had a successful trip was out attentive staff member Chris, from the Breakfast area. He kept it clean, well stocked and everything ready to go. He was super helpful and attentive to our needs. I see he was checking on guests, making sure the dining area was clean and well stocked. He was literally a one man show. I thought he was a manager the way he treated the place. The food was delicious, hot fresh and quite a selection. I would highly recommend this place the parking lot was well lit, and also had EV charging stations for the travelers. One downfall, was the fact we saw staff people smoking out front. This is a non smoking hotel. The only reason I point this out , was the check in desk said they hold a $50 deposit for smoke damage specifically. I am understand people chose to smoke, however, don't do it in front of the building. Especially if you charge people for a "smoke damage". All in all everyone was super friendly. We stayed because of the quality of the name. We would come back because of people like Chris at the breakfast area.

Noisy above

Room was clean and well-insulated from external noise. Staff genuinely friendly and helpful, as much as they can be Con: Climate control in living room was stuck on 'constant fan' and very loud. There was no maintenance on hand on the Saturday evening we arrived so it was resolved only the day after. Small issue - while breakfast offerings were good, the eggs were unnecessarily on the sweet side

Exceptional

Perfect location on the way back from Niagara to the east coast, great room, great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property! Modern and spotless. Big room and great selections for breakfast. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

The staff was excellent. We were in a tight time fora wedding and they were able to get us in early to change after a long drive. The breakfast was delicious, warm and fresh with a nice variety.
