Homewood Suites by Hilton New Hartford Utica

Nice place, friendly staff, pool could have been cleaner and breakfast had a lot of options but not a lot of taste.

Stay was excellent. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Hotel building is new, spacious and having good interior. Surrounding nature adds beauty.

Breakfast could have definitely had fresher options. The fold out sofa in our king suite was filthy and full of crumbs. The windows were filthy. Bathroom looked clean so that was nice. The staff was very nice. Would have loved to see the extra effort be put into cleanliness of the room.

Clean room but walls are thin and you can hear everything in the rooms next to you.

The property was clean, well-kept, Staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast was wonderful, and the Crabtree & Evelyn soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were great!

The property is either brand new or recently renovated and it is quite nice. The rooms are huge and the receptionist was extremly friendly.

Hotel with helpful staff, a great breakfast, and in a lovely setting where you can take a walk and hear the birds.

This was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Staff was friendly and helpful. I loved the kitchen and the breakfast was good.

Clean and spacious room with a full kitchen. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of outlets throughout the room. It was nice to have fresh lemon water in the reception area and the mints were great! I highly recommend and would stay there again.

Paid through Expedia for a room and wasn’t given the room i paid for. And I was NOT give a refund of the price difference

We were pleasantly surprised with the property. The hotel was stunning and I was very impressed with their complimentary social hour on Wednesdays and the breakfast as well. We enjoyed sitting outside and in the common dining area, all of the furniture looked new and chic. Thank you to Ashley who was very helpful during our stay, but really thank you to all of the staff— you were pleasant and made our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Being at Homewood Suites was like being at home! It was very quiet on my floor and very secluded. The hotel suite was very clean. The front desk representatives were very helpful with anything I needed. I recommend this hotel to others.

It was hard to get suitcases in due to staff painting and drop clothes. Why in the world would you allow painting to be done at check in time. The paint odor gave me a headache

I reserved 3 rooms for my daughter’s graduation. We arrived at the hotel 3:40pm on Saturday and the rooms were not ready. We ended up checking into only 1 room at first after 4pm because we had to clean up and get ready for dinner. We ended up going to the dinner reservations 30 minutes late. The last room wasn’t even ready until we got back from dinner. What made the matter worse was that the hotel didn’t even take care of us other than giving us some water. It almost ruined our graduation weekend.
