There was hairs and pubic hairs all over sheet. Hairs all over sheets. Bad area
-
Not a 5 star hotel, but we'll maintained, clean, and quiet Pretty far from downtown. Hard to get an Uber during Mardi Gras
-
It was gated and was a decent area The beds could have been comfortable
-
Super good it was a perfect place to stay at.
-
It was all right I didn't like that you had to let go all the way to the front and put your key into that anybody and to drive into to visit you. That's all otherwise it was pretty good and no problems
-
I liked that is was gated. The room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nothing I didn't like. No food places around hotel, but a short LYFT/bus ride will take you to all the food places.

Loud, noisy, unsafe environment. Found a bag of Taco Bell trash on the hood of my car. VERY dangerous shower. Porcelain is so slippery you would think it was waxed. How we escaped without a broken hip is amazing. Pluses, lady at front desk was a sweetheart and hot tub/jacuzzi was nice.

Awesome value! Gated, clean, comfortable!
-
It was in a sketchy area. Not very well lit.

Needs work. Bedspread had multiple cigarette burns on it. Sheets had stains. Decor is dated. Area around felt unsafe. Luckily parking is gated. The room itself was clean. Someone next door played loud music all night long.
-
The walls and head board needed to be cleaner also the fridge in the room was dirty. Other than that the stay was fine.
-
The size of the room Saw a rat turd, bed wasnt comfortable, definitely in the ghetto. However, its gated for protection
-
Bed linens were clean but the floors were filthy.

From the outside, I did not expect this to be the best hotel experience I've had in New Orleans. The room was immaculate and was essentially a suite complete with fridge and microwave. The older woman who was there at night is overly aggressive when it comes to simple questions.

The place was great! Just what I needed for a good nights rest!
-
It was at a great price and location from the French quarters
-
When you first see the place, it’s a set back... but everyone was nice

Very very UNHAPPY customer Expedia will not give me enough characters to explain everything that went down I should have known minute that I walked in when I seen in the front office “ hourly rates “ that I should turn around and never look back but I needed to use the bathroom so bad that I overlooked it and I just wanted to get into my room the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and yelled at me several times for no reaso she yelled at me bc I came back from my first room and told her tv was not working so she had to give me another room when I got to the second room there was dirty underwear and a dirty shirt sitting on the dresser which showed me that the room has not been cleaned we pulled the blanket and there was pubic hairs all on the sheet when I went back and told the lady she yelled at me saying you just started something !needless to say I am very unhappy customer and I would never return to this I definitely recommend nobody else ever return I expected a little more from this property considering I paid almost $100 for this one so when I got there I was baffled at the service that I was given the only thing that I liked about the property was the fact that it was in a gated community the parking lot and the rooms were behind a gate that you had to use your key to get in.

I thought my stay was pretty good and the room i had was in good condition. If i deside to come to the city and need a room ill give y'all place another opportunity to accommodate me. But, i think 75.00 dollars is too much for just one night!!!

Poor customers service that lady who check me in was rude as hell it look like a trash ass hotel where people turn tricks and leave !!!!! The curtain even look trashed i have no good rating wish i do a debate with my money but i will never recommend anyone there
