Super 8 by Wyndham New Orleans

Let’s start with the breakfast. It was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The only things available were bread, coffee (which, by the way, tasted awful), and some juice. There was nothing else to eat. In my room, I found a cockroach, which made me feel like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The carpet also had visible dirt and debris, making the room feel dirty and poorly maintained. On top of that, the entire hallway outside smelled strongly of marijuana, which made the experience even worse. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay and definitely not what I was expecting.

Lie in their app about having a swimming pool. Had one but wouldn't let anyone in it

The breakfast sucked. They didn’t even have juice.

The smell

Our beds had hair in them upon arrival, the dispensary in the shower was empty thankfully I brought some soap. Sunday morning we were woken up early by a man screaming walking through the halls I am sure everyone was woke up lasted about 8mins. Not to mention I am still awaiting my deposit! I pay you as soon as I get there I expect my deposit as soon as I check out!

Clean room

Rooms were clean and staff were polite and respectful. While rooms were non-smoking those that smoked would do it just outside the room and the smell of smoke would come in. If you have a mobility scooter stay on the ground floor. Had a hard time getting it in and out due to the elevator being on the small side. Doorway to the room with a scooter was narrow too. At the time of our stay while they had two gates only one was working and you were not told by the front desk staff. The hotel was very secure, they had cameras everywhere and to get back to the rooms you had to use your keycard.

Everything was so good, comfortable, clean room, close to the downtown, and the staff very friendly They could have added a few more items for breakfast

The pictures of the building isn't the same. I was super excited to stay here because it had that southern charm. When I pulled in I was immediately disappointed! The whole place has a run down feel to it. The building should be kept better and things fixed. . The carpet in the room doesn't't feel like it's ever been cleaned They should just take it out and put a different floor down. The pillows aren't comfortable at all. This place could be so much better if they would just maintain it better.

I didn’t try the breakfast, I knew it wouldn’t be anything good! I didn’t like anything about that place The room could’ve been cleaner and fresh new sheets my was dirty the whole bed, shower and shower curtain was dirty! I will never pick this hotel again

Great parking

Hated parking but everything else was great

The room had some kinds of odor but not that bad. I mean I am quite easy-going and I only stay for a night so it was ok for me after all.

Breakfast was not good enough. You can smell people smoking outside their room.

AC, Elevator , staff is nice, has a pool , has ice machine. Convince store next door.

Parking was Great.
